1 star is too much for this location. I was looking forward to cookout since moving to Florida and this left us highly disappointed. My regular burger only had half a piece of meat on it, my Cajun fries were regular and extremely soggy and undercooked. My cheese curds and hush puppies were overcooked and then my husband got a bbq sandwich drenched in hot sauce and he could only take 1 bite because he can’t do spicy. What a waste of money and time going to this location. The staff was extremely rude from the time we pulled up to the speaker. When we asked for cheese sauce we were charged $1.30 for it to be under a 1/4 cup of cheese. So disappointed in this experience and my husband’s first time experiencing cookout when all I do is brag about it.

Tried to dissway my son to eat some where else but he insisted. And as usual something was WRONG! This is the worst. Ordered 3 double corn dog trays with fries and nuggets, all were different. One had two nuggets and 7 fries. Next one 3 nuggets and reasonable amount of fries. But the third well just look at the picture... Also, ordered the nine nuggets with fries and hush puppies got 3 of them. 7 fries and some crumbs for fries. I don't see where to add a picture but that's fine bc they gave me an empty foil lined tray.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever been given anywhere. The staff can’t do anything. I waited in line for half an hour and no one took my order when I went to the machine after. I tried ordering 7-8 times before moving up. Then the rude lady at the window put the blame on me immediately and kept saying it was my fault for not being patient, then she told me to move and wouldn’t take my order because “other people were waiting” as if it didn’t matter at all that I waited half an hour. That’s not the only time I have had a problem, the last time I went I ordered 2 hotdogs cookout style with slaw on top. I was the only car in line and they just threw a tiny bit of slaw in the tray and nothing else. Worst service I’ve ever received in my life from anywhere. Don’t waste your time with these incompetent employees.

Very disappointing experience.
I visited this location and the employees were unprofessional throughout my visit. I was also charged for items I never received, and when I asked to speak with the manager, she was dismissive and rude. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this location for anyone looking for quality service

The bread on the hotdog is cheap. As soon as you pick up the bread it falls apart. For the price it’s not worth it.
Baby save yo money and go somewhere else I promise you this is my last time and even more specifically at this location the one in West Columbia the only one left that can get my business from here on out. I got there at 1:18 am 4 cars in front me of me left that should have been my clue but I was hungry and hadn’t ate since 8 am so I stuck it out ordered at 1:50am got my food at 2:14am and it was cold and not fresh ain’t no way on God green earth it should take that long and people still get cold food. I’ve never had cheese bites so rubbery as the ones I had tonight this is absolutely ridiculous can’t even eat it now I gotta spend more money(gas) to take this back tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous. Also the lack of professionalism by the cashier was another factor the other window was getting people ordered and out within minutes but the cashier I had”Ann-Marie” was not also they should wear hair nets or caps when dealing with food

I came here and order a combo with nuggets with sauce, fries and a burger with a drink, The female that took the order called it back out. She ask me several times of the order and she was speaking very low. Once I got to the window I called the order back and she confirm then she closed the window and there is a sign over the window but it appeared that she was talking to her colleague. I held my card out the window and it took her a min to come back to get it she then closed the window. She was told the nuggets were not in the bag. She stated it's in there after she reviewed the receipt. She stated I didn't tell her how many nuggets I wanted, I stated the nuggets came with the combo and it normally comes with 4 are 5 pieces . This woman charged me for double fries. She said you paid for what you ask for . I didn't ask for a double portion of fries. She was very rude when she realize her mistake. I ask for management and she came over after what appeared to be speaking to the person taking the order and said what. I said to her excuse me the proper response should have been how may I help you . I ask was she and the other person at that was operating the window and was she both on there cycle cause they both are rude and ask for the number to cooperate office. She said it's on the receipt. i paid for the order of nuggets that should have been given to me and was so dissatisfied I lost my appetite and gave the food away to a homeless person. I will never order are eat at this business again. They are rude. I also called and left a message on the number on the receipt and never got a call back. Customer services is not what it use to be. I
