$15 for a latte and the baristas are insanely rude and act as though they’re of a higher class. this is the SERVICE industry. “next, what do you want?” could u be any ruder?? the owners also support this behavior and have on several occasions been rude to me personally. “support small businesses” until you realize the owner is a millionaire and they charge high prices intentionally. LMAO.

Hey all, sorry for the very aggressive first sentence, but please for the love of god, do not get a matcha here. They use some kind of weird paste and it does not taste at all like matcha. For the prices they charge, they should do much, much better. Disgusting.

I just visited this coffee shop for the first time with my daughter. She has raved about the atmosphere and the comfortable feeling she gets when she visits for a coffee and a snack. So, I ordered a hot chocolate and a chocolate chip scone to go. The barista was very friendly, and I did find the atmosphere to be comfortable. I like the old wood floors and the homey feeling inside. I drank the hot chocolate on the way home, and it was delicious. I saved the scone for tonight, and I am eating it as I type this review. This may be the best scone I’ve have ever had. It has the right texture without being dry and just enough chips without being overloaded. Delicious! The next time I’m near USC I’ll be sure to pop in and grab another treat!

I couldn't say anything about the service and atmosphere, but the price is too high. Two sandwiches and one coffee are $40$. It is downtown, but I paid this amount food with a cocktail at Five Points. They also changed the sandwich ingredients from blue cheese to feta. The taste and aroma are not the same. I am also a long-time customer. One last thing: One service person took orders, prepared them, and brought them to the table whenever she prepared your stuff. The whole thing stops and waits for it. I think that's my last visit.
