Going woke! Wont be back ever again. Lost a customer for life

While the service and atmosphere at this location are great, I have consistently found that my specific requests for how my eggs are prepared are not met. I've also noticed they are often out of certain items on the menu.

Sat down and ordered a water and a ginger ale. The waitress brings drinks and takes our order for chicken campfire and beef campfire. She comes back and says they are out of both. How do you run out of your special? We decide to go another restaurant and I just assumed they would comp the ginger ale. I was wrong. They charged $3.50 for a fountain drink that my wife had two sips of. I mention to the manager that was checking us out that I thought the drink should be comped. He disagreed. They got my $3.50, but it cost them any future business from me.

service was very poor, our server rhoda seemed entirely too nervous. my chicken tenders were clearly burnt and flipped over to seem as if they weren’t, the croutons on my salad were stale. i ordered loaded mashed potatoes and got regular. it took over five minutes to get napkins and one cup of honey mustard after we received our food. immediately after hands us the check as if she’s pushing us out the door, and after that we were not checked in at all. hosts were great and very personalable but she was not.

Our waitress was so sweet and the food was wonderful. They have less expensive lunch specials, which is nice when you want home cooked but not a huge plate.

So stinking tired of ordering this and it never being made right. What's the point of ordering something and paying or it when they dont even put the toppings on it? Might as well mark the price down on the menu since they never add the toppings to this because either the servers or managers are too lazy to correct the BOH at this point or are not trained properly.

Haven’t been to a Cracker Barrel in years and was craving their pancakes. Was seated quickly, server came to take our order quickly, ordered a side salad and received a full size instead due to them being out of side salads, food was good, and server was attentive. There was a slight bug with trying to pay using the QR code but it was resolved and not the fault of the restaurant. Was a bit loud, but I could hear the people I came with with.

Would return!

Our server, Curtis when above and beyond his usual work. His suggestions were fabulous. Our chicken bake was delicious.
