🤢Food was cold and tasted leftover from the day before. Did not have greens as hoped, Pintos were barely warm. Was given a substitute for green without even asking me if I wanted something differen. Second time in a month that the food was at best poor. Service was good waitress more concerned with service than serving.

Let me start by saying that I LOVE Cracker Barrel & their delicious country cooking and it hurts me in a way to have to write this review, but it's important to share our authentic experiences, even the not-so-great ones. My daughter and I had lunch here on a Thursday around 1pm. Our server didn't bother to tell us his name and wasn't wearing a name tag or anything, and I ordered fried apples as a side. He came back and said it would be about 5 mins did I want something else. I said no I'll wait. And wait I did. I asked again about them 10 mins later and he came back and said it would be another 10 mins for them to cook. And I finally gave up after 45 mins and asked that they remove it from my bill. The absolute WORST cracker barrel experience EVER!

Slow service, no silverware even when food finally brought out. Had to ask for silverware are continue waiting while food got cold.

Our waiter Russell was so amazing!! He was so polite and took care of every little detail. He checked in on us multiple times and our drinks never got below halfway. Asked for grape jelly with our biscuits and he had four in the basket. We were just traveling through Columbia SC but if you are in the area go to the Cracker Barrel on Bush River Rd and ask for Russell…you will not be disappointed!!

Was told it'd be a 15m wait, 25m later we get texted to go inside. Only to wait in line another 5m to get seated. Then wait 10m for a sever to take a drink order, then another 10 to get drinks. Not to mention I got up myself to get extra napkins to dry off the soaked table they seated me at. Then 20m for the beignets is ridiculous and another 30 for food. Then the French toast was cold, eggs undercooked and runny, sausage hard like a hockey puck and holy cow how much salt do you need on the country ham that was dryer than the Sahara desert. I remember why I told myself to stop coming here many years ago. However I gave in to my gf and went. Now I sit here $50 broker, and disgusted. I'll never go back. 🤢
