While the service and atmosphere at this location are great, I have consistently found that my specific requests for how my eggs are prepared are not met. I've also noticed they are often out of certain items on the menu.

Haven’t been to a Cracker Barrel in years and was craving their pancakes. Was seated quickly, server came to take our order quickly, ordered a side salad and received a full size instead due to them being out of side salads, food was good, and server was attentive. There was a slight bug with trying to pay using the QR code but it was resolved and not the fault of the restaurant. Was a bit loud, but I could hear the people I came with with.

We waited about 15 minutes for our waitress to come and take our drink order. Then we waited another 10 minutes for her to take our food order. Then it took 10 minutes for our food to come out. They forgot the broccoli and we had to flag our waitress down to ask for it. She just kept saying I’m sorry. When you hear that more than 3 or 4 times during a meal you know it’s not going very well. I also had to flag our waitress down to get our bill so we could leave. Not a normal...
