Great chain store! Love the randomness you can get coming or going through the general store.

Food was good for breakfast food... The biscuit beignet were the highlight of the breakfast followed closely by the pancakes with the pecan syrup... the breakfast casserole tots was the low point of breakfast.

After getting home I noticed They did not put cheese on my meatloaf sliders. I drove back up to the restaurant and they were apologizing for the mistake. I waited almost an hour to get my food fixed. I get home and my side way not put back with the order. Upon calling and asking for the guy EJ who seems like the manager, I was left on hold and just hung up. Too many simple mistakes from this location. Won’t be back.

Our waitress kept asking if we wanted refills and we would say yes and she would never bring the drinks. Food was amazing but I shouldn’t have to hunt my waitress down for a refill you offer.

Food was cold, and went to the restroom and it smelt like a men have peed all over the floor. Waitress kept saying that she was waiting on biscuits but never brought them. My boyfriend ordered chicken and dumplings and they were cold when they came out. The section was really dirty and had dishes on 4 tables. Waitress kept coming back to verify order. Let alone it took her 10-15 minutes to greet us while we sat. Never have had service suck like this before.

Food cold, eggs over cooked, tomatoes rotten/mushy, coffee cold. Waitress was wonderful and apologized for food quality, we told her it wasn't her fault.

My family ate here on 7/27/25. It was around 3:30 pm when we got there. We ordered our food for dine in. They were out of all campfire dishes. They were out of seasoned rice. They were out of the cinnamon rolls desert. They were out of corn muffins. Two steaks were ordered medium well and they both came out well done. The fried apples were cold.i ordered turnup greens and they were slightly cold. My children ordered the steaks and you could literally count the number of steak fries on one plate compared to the other. Our server was nice. She had one of my children's steak and apples redone and switched out my wife's side. I wish I remembered her name so I could shout her out in spite of this terrible review.

Server may have been new as no stars on apron so had not completed any personal achievements in their in-house training program and she sported the brown apron, as did most others at this location. The burgundy apron represents more knowledge as they train others, so these were visual cues that likely explained the very junior status of our server. She was floundering and didn't know the menu well enough to present the meal correctly: breakfast for my partner came with eggs, meat (chicken fried sreak), choice of biscuits/cornbread, ans a side. He asked about choices of sides and was directed to lunch/dinner side so opted for coleslaw. (Now we all know there were other options.) His meal was served with no gravy and when we asked, the sever did ask which color gravy, I'll give her that.

My food was barely warm, as a side note. As it was my first - and only meal - at 3:30 p.m., I went with it.

Restroom trip thereafter? An eye opener, too. Reflected same, overall disregard as the rest of the attitude throughout the place.

In no way do I fault the server. This responsibility falls solely with management, or the lack thereof. As I looked around that dining room, there must have been a lot of turnover as I saw one burgundy apron rather than a majority as in used to, mostly all brown aprons. The sprinkling of burgundy aprons had few stars rather than the maximum of four, reflecting employees happy in their work environment who strive to be better. These employees definitely weren't happy.

This falls squarely on the shoulders of management. You can do far better, Cracker Barrel. Worst one I've ever been to across multiple states in decades.

I mean it is cracker barrel. I enjoyed the food (chicken fried chicken). Service was slower but good. Only complaint was the corn muffins could have been used as rocks as they were terribly stale. I told the server, but she shrugged her shoulders

Before we even ordered they told us they were out of baked potatoes, broccoli and corn bread. When we finally did order it took 1 hour for the food to arrive. When we received the food my son had chicken tenders and fries and they literally gave him 5 fries. The Cajun shrimp skillet came with no Cajun sauce or seasoning and had no type of seasoning at all. Tastes like it was boiled in water then put in the plate. My daughter Mac and cheese was so watery to the point she said she thought it was applesauce. And she’s 7 she rated her plate a 1 out of 10. The over all experience was horrible. First time ever at a Cracker Barrel and we will never return to one ever again. The portions were horrible. The loaded mashed potatoes were unseasoned and nasty. They did my husband potatoes wrong. He also had maybe 8 fries. I could go on and on. The waitress was laughing at every little thing while she should have been focused on serving us. This place really needs to do better. The only appetizing thing was the biscuits with the butter.
