Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This is the 2nd time that we’ve had to go to the hostess station after waiting at least 15 minutes to find out if they remembered sitting us to get service. Even after going to the hostess station we still had to wait at least 10 more minutes before someone came to our table. Both times, at least 90-95% of the restaurant was empty. The people who served us passed our table multiple times just walking around. I don’t get it!

The food took two hours and was cold. Order was mixed up and manager didn’t care.

The staff was very nice and very attentive. The food was very good. And for the large group that we had our wait time for the food was good. I would recommend this location on Farrow road Columbia,sc to anyone.

Visited in December 25. Ate breakfast and it was OUTSTANDING. wife and I both order the Grandma sampler. Enjoyed every bit. They did something better with the food than last time I visited.

The old white lady at the register with glasses is very rude and unprofessional DO NOT GO HERE very nasty

D fried chicken was absolutely delicious and my wife loved her steak and shrimp combo. The waitress we had was really friendly.Great service.I love to go back

Today I came in the store with a couple mobile delivery orders. At first, it was fine one of the workers came over and helped me with the orders. Then, they were out of mashed potatoes so I proceeded to wait. As I’m waiting, the girl starts ringing up other people in front of me. No biggie cool, but it’s order after order now. I’m still standing there no one helping, no one asking me about my orders even though they asked the next delivery guy who came in after me. So now, I go up to the girl who helped me in the first place. I tell her that the customer wanted corn and pinto beans instead. She tells me that she’s going to call the to go server to help. So if you were going to call the to go server, why wasn’t that done in the beginning??? Why ignore my orders and walk off when I was there first?? The to go server has came out several times since but had not one time tried to help me, every single employee just walked past. Another girl was at the register, never said anything. Super frustrating and just off vibes all around. We all have a job to do so let’s help each other help each other, Thank you

I was traveling with my family out of town last week (Friday morning around 7AM), we stopped into this Cracker Barrel and it was nothing like I had expected. As a restaurant owner in Pennsylvania, I did not find that it was appropriate for the servers to be smoking cigarettes outside of the entryway, where smoke was blowing into guest’s faces as they entered the establishment, including my children. I spoke with management about this issue and they really did not seem too concerned. It made the experience very uncomfortable as we were hoping we did not get one of the two girls who were standing outside smoking cigarettes as our server! Hopefully, they can find designated areas for their employee to Smoke along with appropriate times. Typically, we love, Cracker Barrel, We can’t wait to visit another Cracker Barrel To get our usual experience! Thank you for your time.

I had a very good experience here but both times I’ve been to this location Casey has always been SO sweet and she makes it so enjoyable for us. Yall need to give her a raise cause she is the bomb.com

This cracker barrel has gone so far downhill
The store section is nice and everyone working it is friendly.

BUT This will be our last time at this location
We arrived and there was a 20 minute wait. No problem
Seated at 10:15 am, the hostess was wonderful he was so nice and friendly.
The waitress (Amber) arrived got our order of coffee and water. She brought them to the table and took our food order (two kids meals and two pancake meals). Then left and never came back.
She serviced many tables around us but never checked on us. We didn't even have sugar on the table for the coffees.
By 10:50 she still hadn't bothered to check on us.
I had to wave her down at 10:55 to simply ask for the check for coffees. She rolled her eyes when I waved her down
When she brought the check over her demeanor and tone were very condescending and rude.

The time before this that we went and waited over an hour for food and in fact never received all our food. We thought maybe this time would be better. That was clearly our mistake.
