I ordered the chicken tender basket with fries and the cheese sticks. The food came out in a timely manner but when I asked marinara sauce my waitress said they didn’t have any. The fries were good but the chicken strips were extremely hard and lacked seasoning. I also ordered a chocolate cake and my waitress said there wasn’t any chocolate cake and they didn’t have any desserts in stock. Although I am not old enough to drink, my waitress said they couldn’t serve alcohol because they lost their license. I feel they should do a better job of advertising that because some people recognize this as a bar. I’m not sure what this place is like on a daily basis because this is my first time but overall this was a horrible 1st experience at this place.

We tried to take our graduates here for lunch before we hit the door a grade C on the door. The young lady that is the manager is very rude and should get further training on being a manager in customer service. The menus were dirty the whole restaurant was being mop as we were being seated.The server was on the way which we didn’t even get a chance to meet because we had enough of the unprofessional manager. From manager to the disgusting atmosphere if I could give a 0 I would. I do not recommend this place at all. And to the owner if you would like the revenue of this restaurant to be successful you should definitely reevaluate everything about what is happening now. It’s lunch time we were the only people in the restaurant it was only 6 of us.

This place has good food but never fulfill your completed order, every time I go there there something missing that I paid extra for. Just yesterday, I picked up an order and they forgot to put potatoes and corn in it. I will be checking my food at the register for now on and you should do the same .

My seafood bag was severely overcooked and they have all the signs about only remaking it once time and refund policy signs. I didn’t complain but I won’t be back. To pay what I paid for overcooked food was crazy.

I ordered today and I noticed my eggs were missing so I called the CC on Gervais St I told the young lady and her response was eggs don’t come with that and my response was online it states it does she basically was like no it’s wrong. It’s not my fault it’s wrong they need to fix it!!!pissed#

Arrived with a reservation, no one was there for 30 minutes to greet or seat us. The restaurant was extremely hot, we were told they couldn't turn the air on due to construction in the area, it finally became so unbearably hot they turned the air on despite the construction. The food took a long time to come and 4 people got sick as soon as we left. Maybe it was just a bad day

Where do I start. For 1, I am ONLY giving it at least a star because our server was great!! However , the food… I ordered a seafood boil with king crab, snow crab, crawfish and shrimp.
The shrimp was very overcooked and rubbery, the king crab was SMALLER than the snow crab (which is not supposed to happen lol) , in 3 of my snow crab legs there was NO meat, none. The crawfish was so overcooked that I couldn’t even get them out of the shell. EVEN THE CORN WAS OVERCOOKED AND HARD. And I paid $200 including tip. Go to Juicy Crab, which is my GO-TO spot, we just decided to try somewhere new… definitely was a mistake.

The seafood boil bags were lacking in quantity as the menu described and quality (cold). “Manager” refused to correct or remove from bill even-though the bag was never opened or touched, issue was brought to their attention promptly and respectfully. She claimed they have a policy of not removing or correctly if it is what the person ordered from the menu”. I have a policy of not giving money away ($45.00) for cold misrepresented food. I did feel bad for the waitress but not the review that depicts this location accurately. We don’t make scenes in public and the staff was so young and clearly inexperienced in service; just couldn’t bring myself to mean to them. Even the “manager” that failed in providing quality food that price (43.99+tax).

The mixed drinks are not measured correctly making them taste odd. Not worth the money. Nothing frozen only on the rocks.
