we eat at this franchise often..this is the worst! we arrived a hour after it opened , we were the first customers of the day... Bathroom disgusting, order king cra at market price ... over cooked ...then they tried again... still FROZEN ... are you kidding g me... waitress sami unattetive still not busy , place was not very clean... Do better Cola...btw we drove from Lake Wylie to spend lunch with daughter ... very disappointed

While seated, they were in the middle of scraping up the old polish off the hardwood floors. Right outside of the kitchen entry way and the stairs. I’m glad they are keeping the place up. But I could smell it! The sound was not the greatest either.

Had the fried shrimp no flavor, taste like they open a box of frozen shimp and dumped in the fryer.
Food was tasty. Service was good. I will be back but I do enjoy the atmosphere at Crafty Crab on O’Neil better.

The Food here was AWFUL the corn in my crab bag tasted Waxy like it was old corn that sat in the boil water for days when I asked the owner about it she confirmed that they heat up my corn since since yesterday and she wanted me pay 65.00 for the food I returned back to them!!! I WOULD NOT EAT THEE NO MORE!!!!
