The lady who treated us was So nice and she smiled the whole time and she even asked us if our cookie looked right just in case and she let me change a cookie and the cookies were amazing not baked to deal hard but not underbake to wear. They’re literally just cookie dough, but I do like how they have that cookie dough feeling.
The cookies here are always amazing . LOVE EM. only issue is they are usually sold out of the minis and sometimes I dont want a large cookie .

I really like Crumbl as far as the food is concerned. However, my last visit wasn’t as pleasant. The white boy in there who called my name for my order was very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been there a few times, so I am aware of how the pick up process goes. He called my name, I then said “right here” and proceeded to the pick up counter.
