On 10/4/25 we placed an order for our 11 yr old daughter (30 minis) to take to school for her BETA Club. To make a long story short the employee working that night didn't want to bake the cookies and tried to cancel the online order. Manager got involved after we left the store and promised the cookies to us the same night. Sent a family member to pick the cookies up since we don't live near the store. Thinking the cookies were lovely like they usually are she didn't...

The store is immaculate. Great customer service and the cookies are delicious! I had the “Ultimate Peanut Butter” cookie it’s the best peanut butter cookie I’ve EVER had!?❤️
