The employees were very friendly to my son and I and the drinks were delicious! I got the toasted cream milk tea and wow was it good!!! My son got the brown sugar milk tea and he said he loved it! We will definitely be back next time we're in town again.

This is our first visit to this tea shop and it was a grwat experience. They are fast and efficient. Crazy story, i went to get in the car and the drink fell out of my hand and burst on the ground. One of their employees just so happen to be outside and saw it, and before i could even think if I was going back in to get another one, she came over and offered to make me a new one! I accepted and shw brought it back out to me as i was coming grin the trash can and upgraded it bigger size and a flower! The sweetest thing ever! Shes going to do big things with that big heart of hers! May you be blessed young lady. I hope you always shine! ❤️❤️❤️

Love the variety of bubble tea flavors offered here! They also offer some sweets and desserts. I also like the artsy sticky note wall they have—my note from 2 years ago is still up lol

Customer Service - Awesome, pleasant and approachable young adults. I have been to other eateries and some young adults pretend your not there for service, fiddling with the phones and I literally just leave and go elsewhere. D & Tea if I could give you 10 stars I would. As soon as I went to the counter you were there to assist with a smile.
Food - This is why I went right. Delicious mochi and bubba tea. No complaints. I need more.

This is typically one of our favorite boba shops. The flavors and options are excellent. We swung through at 8:33, nearly an hour before the listed close time, to find the lights off and the doors locked, and now I have a car full of very disappointed little girls.
Skip the Boba tea in the mall and go here instead.

The customer service was wonderful but my milk tea wasn’t very good. I’ve tried a few milk teas in South Carolina and the best I’ve had so far is Meow Teas in Florence—the owner takes her time making the teas and also doesn’t mind customizing it to your likeness. Was a little disappointed because the price of D&T milk teas are expensive—which I don’t mind spending the extra money only if it’s made deliciously.
