Don't know about any others' experience, but I had a terrible experience and almost a waste of money. Service started out well, but the problem came about with the wait time for our food, which took more than an hour. Food for me was good, but for the rest of my family said it was bland. The last straw was the wait time for our check and the temperature of the restaurant. For some reason, our server forgot about our table, another hour, and I had to go to the front and request my check. What also made it worse was that it felt like they turned off the AC for the building the whole time we were there it felt like a sauna. From my experience I wouldn't eat there again.

When we arrived at our reserved time, no one seemed to know what was going on. No hostess was at the hostess stand for 5 minutes while we waited. Our apps came out 20+ minutes apart. We waited an hour for a salad and chicken sandwich after the rest of our party's food arrived. And the food runner who brought the food was giggling coming to the table asking if she had food on her face. They were nice enough to comp the salad seeing how everyone had already eaten by the time the food came when I asked. But the lame excuse for why it took so long was that it was rang in as an appetizer. This was a one and done experience for me. It was not busy. It just seemed like the staff was busy looking busy.

Food and game area was great but trying to get help from the workers standing at the desk was very difficult and one wielder didn't seem like they wanted to help.

We waited 45 minutes for a booth for 3 plus 6 month infant. Once we received the message our table was ready the hostess tried sitting us on a table. We once again requested for a booth to accommodate our baby, after 10 mins they finally gave us a booth. Our waitress took about 10 to 15 minutes to come and take our drink order once we ordered our drinks took 20 minutes to arrived. We never received our appetizer or condiments that we ordered for our food nor our waitress came to check on us, we had to ask someone else for a refills. The games are fun but wouldn’t recommend eating there.

My boyfriend took my 3 kids and I out to dinner at this location and it was my kids and I first time ever visiting a Dave and busters. We were very excited for the experience and it was very disappointing to say the least. We had an 8’oclock reservation that we confirmed with the hostess at 7:55. After 8:15 they had begun seating people who had arrived later and informed us it would be an hour wait. The manager informed us that our reservation was lost. A couple minutes later they found it on their tablet and scrambled to sit us. Our poor waitress was already taking care of 2 large parties and was very overwhelmed and we were disappointed her manager did not support her at all or assist in getting our drinks. We waited 20 minutes at the table with 3 children before she was able to get our drink order and appetizer order. My boyfriend went over an hour without a drink after ours had arrived to the table and our food was pretty much finished at that point. Multiple things we ordered did not make it to the table and at 10pm we were still waiting for side dishes, and nearly everyone at our table were left with no drinks, and no one assisted our server in helping at all while she struggled to take care of her tables.It was advertised about the combo for a meal and a play card and we were informed it was not available after 5 pm so we ended up paying about 250$ for dinner and fun with a horrible dining experience. The manager who told us we didn’t have a reservation avoided speaking with us even after our server had let her know we were unhappy and missing food and she made no effort to communicate with us. I want to be clear here- our waitress was just trying to survive her shift- and she communicated clear with us- but she was not supported by her manager or other staff and was left overwhelmed taking care of multiple large parties alone

A lot of fun. My kid always enjoys it. Customer service is helpful. A few of the machines didn’t work and took our money. That was a bummer as we weren’t offered a refund on the points which were pretty pricy.

My son and I which has autism made a 3 hour commute 3/7/25 we arrived at 12:52 a.m my son walked ahead of me gave an employee $65.00 the employee then put my son out in 5 minutes. I walked up they would not allow me in nor return my money they took from an autistic child which did not receive anything in return for it. I pulled up the website showed her the hours she said it was incorrect I called guest relations numerous times no answer just call back or leave a message . I called the store number he said he was customer service and try at he coujdbt pull up the hours on the web but they close at 1:00 a.m offered no help about the money taken from my son this place is full of crap that steal from children .

Had an issue with online tickets but the manager was so kind to help me fix my issue, also the games were a blast great place for fun with friends or with family

Quick update, I still got charged for unwanted charges that manager said she would fix and its still on my bank account 🙃 hope manager resolves this her named asisha or something like that, not too happy

It's not even worth the one star rating I'm forced to give. We came to Dave and buster's to see the fight and understand that we were not receiving Michelin Star treatment..But what we were met with was a quality of service not even Jesus could save. Half of our parties food arrived and it took 40 minutes for the other half to appear. We talked to our waitress Kristian was obviously overwhelmed. We asked her if our food was coming out and she responded, "I'm not a runner" yet she didn't oblige to the $90 she received from 20% autogratuity. She never returned to refill drinks and we had to hunt her down for any services. It gets worse....when it came to the end of our horrible service it took over an hour to get our checks. She responded she couldn't split the checks so we literally went through the order ourselves manually. While sifting through we saw multiple errors and pointed them out. Her management didn't help in any form and even told us the TVs are off so they wanted to rush us out. In the end it took almost an hour and 30 minutes to simply split the check and we were not about to have people who only brought a drink split with people who had full meals.

2 Hosts looked confused. Talked amongst themselves for a long time after asking how many in our group (4). There were empty tables everywhere..... We sat there for 20 mins- no one came to take our drink order.... So we left. It was our son's birthday.... He was looking forward to eating and the arcade.

It's a decent place to go for fun if you're looking for somewhere last minute or something to do with friends. Usually several games are broken but the machine still takes your money off your play card. Also the restaurant is painfully slow. There's been a few times we were the only people there and it still took almost an hour to get our food.

After a forty five minute for a table for four we played some games which was enjoyable. After learning the table was ready we sat for approx fifteen minutes before (maybe a manager) came by asking if we placed an order yet or if anyone had been over. No, no one has been over and no one has taken a drink or food order. The manager said she would get our server to come over. After an additional ten minute wait we chose to leave. Sad the quality of service is so lacking.

Update after receiving an email prompt 1/20/25

Not sure what more there is to say than what was in the review. There were two hostess working the front or so it appeared. Football was on but the location had ample seating. The bar was full and the bartender appeared to be handling that section well. We were told there would be a 40-45 min wait before we could sit. There appeared to be at least 4-5 servers and a manager in the dinning area. Upon being notified the table was ready my group of four was more than ready to sit and have some food. Again as the review said no one came to get a drink order. No one came by to say it will be a min or two due to (fill in the blank) A person who appeared to be a manager stopped as she walked by asking if our server had been by. We stayed no and were informed they would be right over. 10-15 min later with no server even entering the section we got up and left.   The manager was walking behind the bar towards the kitchen, we made eye contact, no one asked if everything was ok or if we enjoyed our stay. No one attempted to see why we left our table.

Had high hopes for a fun night at Dave & Buster’s, but the service was unbelievably slow. It took forever to get our food and drinks, and even getting a server’s attention was a challenge. The games were great, but the long wait times for service really took away from the experience. Definitely needs improvement!
