diabetic and asked for sweetener at least 3 times, the server kept bringing it to the wrong table. we waited over 40 minutes for our food and it was bland. do not come to this dennys over the weekend, it's not worth the price.

I say waiting 20 minutes for pancakes while they were sitting under the heat lamp. One serving said they had been sitting up there too long while another server touched them. I assumed they would toss them, but no! They served them to a woman sitting across from me. I got up and wanted to speak to a manager, instead the three servers came up and one asked if they could help me. I explained to them what I had seen and the one who touched the pancakes said she had a glove on. The same glove she was wearing while holding menus. This is not “food serve safe” service. Also I seen one take waffles out of a To Go box and put them on a plate. I will not be eating here again and will let my friends know as well. I just wonder how many times this has been done and not known about?

My food as absolutely terrible the fish was burnt and looked absolutely nothing like the flyer I selected , my fires had no seasoning and my mash potatoes was more bland than everything on my plate. I paid 40 dollars for my family to dine in and it took 45 minutes to an hour to approach us with the food after 30 minutes of waiting I asked for it to be to go instead, but me and my family still received our food cold and not to our liking and this is unacceptable. I’ll never return again. My son never received his bacon and when my wife received hers it was cold , stall and not to her liking at all.

I do apologize for this bad review, but I’ve been in restaurant industry for 20 years. Anybody off the clock should not be touching anybody’s order. A Person came from outside of the restaurant straight to the kitchen counter, talking to the cashier and touching his pants, touching his neck and then Packed up an order that was not mine. I’m glad.
To move forward when I get my order, I asked several questions regarding my zesty nachos. The young lady had an attitude. I can’t ask her any questions.
I have a saying if you don’t like your job quit nobody should deal with your BS because you don’t like your job.
I hope this gets the Management this happened on July 12, 2025 at 1:15 AM
