“The lady who treated us was So nice and she smiled the whole time and she even asked us if our cookie looked right just in case and she let me change a cookie and the cookies were amazing not baked to deal hard but not underbake to wear. They’re literally just cookie dough, but I do like how they have that cookie dough feeling.“

“On 10/4/25 we placed an order for our 11 yr old daughter (30 minis) to take to school for her BETA Club. To make a long story short the employee working that night didn't want to bake the cookies and tried to cancel the online order. Manager got involved after we left the store and promised the cookies to us the same night. Sent a family member to pick the cookies up since we don't live near the store. Thinking the cookies were lovely like they usually are she didn't check them. They looked raggedy and I guess that employee didn't like being forced to do her job. Contacted the manager with a picture of the mess & was directed back to the store. New day, new staff. I was greeted by Josie & Oliver who proved to be amazing young adults. They handled the situation like true professionals. I went in feeling let down and unappreciated as a customer. When I left I was happy and smiling. Thank you to the manager, Josie & Oliver for making right what was once wrong. To the female who tried to steal my joy & break the spirit of an 11 yr. old, customer service is an art form and you do not possess the skills required. Customer service is for those who care and obviously you don't. Hopefully the next time we visit Crumbl you won't be there because you definitely can not help me with anything.“

“Great atmosphere and delicious desserts“

“Lita's Treats has some of the best dessert in town. My personal favorites for the cupcakes are strawberry champagne and strawberry shortcake. The atmosphere is very warm and cozy, which is why I gave between four to five stars. However, the customer service could be better. I haven't had a negative encounter with any of the staff, but they don't make me feel welcome. From my experience, the ladies stare and wait for me to say what I want instead of, "Hello, welcome to Lita's. What would you like today?" They are friendly once you talk to them, but you have to begin the conversation. That would be my only complaint about Lita's, but I'd still recommend everyone come to this delicious dessert shop.“

“We went to Baked Bear on Saturday, January 7th. When we got there, the line was out the door (it's delicious so I get it). As we get inside I realize this 1 girl is working alone. Her name was Natasha I believe. She was amazing. She welcomed each person when they came in, had a smile on her face the entire time, and made us all some delicious treats. This girl deserves a raise and a bonus! If I owned a business I would be trying to take her from you 😁. It very unusual to see this kind of work ethic these days, especially from someone so young. I hope the manager/owner reads this message and realizes the gem of an employee you have. Also, your cookies are delish!“
