I ordered a six wing combo online today. When I went up to the restaurant (Columbia, SC location), I saw CASH ONLY signs on both sides of the restaurant as well as a USE OTHER DOOR. I saw online you were open and yet you were closed today. Can you tell me about that and possibly refund my money please?

After reading so many HORRIBLE reviews ? ( WORST I EVER SEEN ANYWHERE EVER!) I will NEVER waste my time or money to try it, I was going to today.. Aww Heck I won't EVER now!* want to bet I get the same " contact us so we can help make this right" that they replied to EVERYONE"S complaints? ??

Ordered online about a month ago. Goes to restaurant to found out there online system is down but they still confirm your order and take your money. I spent almost 30.00..showed the lady my receipt online so that she could honor and still fixed my food. Welp they didn't even have half of the food that I ordered in stock. I have reach out to numerous people that work there...gave my name, number, and receipt to three different people, and I still haven't received my refund. Their number is disconnected and half of the time they are closed. I know this restaurant is independently owned but I believe it's time you close your doors for good.. very unprofessional. I will be contacting The Better Business Bureau. I will get my money back!!

This place is a joke. It said they were open online and their website even let me make an online order. After 2 hours of waiting and the tracker not updating we finally drove to the store only to find out they were closed. We’ve tried calling them but the listed number isn’t a valid number and the two times we’ve gone to the store when they were supposedly open it was closed. We assumed the pending charge in our bank account would go away but saw today the charge went through so we will be disputing that with our bank. We absolutely will not order from this place in the future.

Do not place an online order! There is no way of knowing if they still have what you order and no real way of refunding your money. Seems to be under poor management. I had to I drive all the way to the store to find out none of what I ordered was still in stock.

If I could give this establishment a zero, I would. My company placed a catering order for pick up at 12pm. I called to let them know we would be a little late but no one answered the phone. I arrived and immediately discovered why no one answered...there was only 1 person working during the lunch hour. I had to wait 10 minutes before I was even able to ask about my order and as soon as I could, I was told it wasn't ready because he didn't see the order which was stuck to the wall right next to the order area. Mind you, this was an order for 15-20 guests so to find out that it wasn't ready was incredibly frustrating, to say the least. It was too late to try to place a catering order elsewhere so I asked him how long it would take to get the order fulfilled. He told me he would have it ready super fast so I decided to wait. I told him that I wanted a significant discount, if not comp'd completely. He sad that someone from "HR" would contact me. Why HR, I'm not sure but I highly doubt I will hear from anyone because he didn't even take down my information. While I waited, I began to look around the dining room. The restaurant, if you can even call it that, was absolutely disgusting. The television was hanging from the ceiling, it was 86 degrees in there and they had a greasy, dusty fan at the entrance. There is no current business license displayed and no working soda machine. Expired products were available for purchase and so many other issues were visible. The employee told me they were unable to fulfill the chicken wing order and that they were out of okra so I substituted mac and cheese. The big yellow catering box was not used for my order even though that is what I ordered. The sides were put in cups (not catering pans as advertised) which didn't come close to the amount of food we paid for. The brisket was nothing more than fatty edges, likely from the bottom of a pan, passed off as real meat....horrible. I wasn't compensated nor was the bill adjusted for the food they did not provide. This was the worst experience I have ever had. This place should be shut down, renovated and staff should be hired so one person is not running the entire operation on his own. The owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves for accepting peoples orders and taking their money. If they are unable to provide the quality and service people expect from this chain, they should be shut down. There is no excuse for what I experienced today. No excuse whatsoever.

Shut this place down now or DEHEC will. I can't comment on the food because I didn't order after walking into this restaurant. One man working, no AC, and the drink fountain was out of order. It was also very dirty. I feel sorry for that man working in those conditions.

What type of restaurant is this. They only got 1 person working this whole restaurant. This guy is taking orders, cooking and working the register. The a/c must be broken extremely hot in here. People are waiting hours for food. This is unacceptable and I feel bad for the worker he look super tired and hot. Who is the manager?

First, let me say any time you walk into a restaurant and ask where is the restroom and the response comes from the employees it's only for paying customers then we've got a problem! This was the beginning of the nightmare experience I just had! All I wanted to do was wash my hands before I ate. Not to mention that that response caught me off guard because the employees were sitting in the dining room away from the kitchen so it took me a second to readjust where the response was coming from. I totally agree with the previous posts regarding poor sanitation! Head I'm not committed to purchasing some thing prior to going to the bathroom I would've just walked out. By the way, just to give you an example of how bad it is in the air, the floor is so slippery that it feels like it hasn't been mopped in weeks. furthermore, the food is not appetizing at all, in fact, I took a few bites and threw the rest away. I like supporting minority managed businesses, however, I won't give my money to this business again. I hope I did not eat enough to where it would make me sick.!

Stop by because I was craving barbecue and in a hurry got one meat plate with two sides jalapeno beans dry macaroni and cheese typical pre-made got about half a handful of chopped chicken and a lemonade yeah I won't be going back not worth the money I should know better than to try new places

I placed a to-go order and when I picked it up I found that my bill was higher than it should have been after my card was already charged. I was charged for 4 catering sides instead of 4 large sides. The difference was close to $70, if I remember correctly. I left my name and number no less than 5x with workers to have the management call me to correct this. No one ever called. So I am out a ton of money due to an error made by a worker who was very apologetic. However, the owner or management never made an effort to make this right Almost 2years later.
