Domino's Pizza in Columbia

“Ordered the new “New York style” pizza. It might as well have just been a hand tossed. The crust is in between hand tossed and thin, which I guess is fine, but I am just not a fan of it. I won’t get it again. For the thin crust I requested extra sauce because it’s usually dry. And it was dry. The only thing that made it good was a sauce, nobody makes garlic, flavored butter sauce better. I would’ve given it five stars, I was just really disappointed in the pizza, but with Domino’s its always a hit or miss.“

“To all the staff that was working this evening, Friday 9/26 at this Two Notch location, I thank you so all so much! You were one of the only places open today after hurricane Helene stormed through and I just have to applaud everyone tonight for the customer service and hospitality they provided. Even through all the nasty and disgruntled customers constantly complaining in person and on the phone with the 2+ hour delay for orders, everyone held their composure and kept cranking everything out as fast as they could. You have an amazing leader as a manager and as a fellow colleague working in the food service industry, you have earned my greatest respect. Not only was my food piping hot out of the oven when it was my turn, it tasted and looked amazing! Thank you again!“

“I order 2 pizzas. The first was fine and my son had no problems. The 2nd was the issues. I ordered a chicken and spinach pizza. First, they used the wrong sauce, 2nd my pizza looked like it was on a conservative diet. I may have had 1 or 2 pieces of chicken ( which is an upcharged for chicken) per slice and the spinach looked like they used a table spoon or less for the whole pizza. Yep not happy but last time I complained I had to complain 3 more times just to use the coupon for the replacement pizza before the store accepted it from corporate.“

“I was pleasantly surprised due to my experience at this Domino's! Usually I go to Domino's to get some slightly-above average pizza at a reasonable price, but this time, I used the half-off menu item pizzas deal, and the pizza was excellent! All-in-all, I paid less than $10 for timely service and a great pizza!“

“This is twice now I've had a problem. Today I can't get anything because they don't have a driver! How is that my fault.. send an employee that's there or the manager on duty.. anything is better than just saying no wr can't help you“

“I've been using this specific Domino's for a couple of years now. Most of the time, it's at night, and I get those cravings. I went to the store for the first time recently, and they were great people. And now, today, 11/22/24, I wanted to do a vibe check as people call it and do something unusual. So I asked them on the notes of my delivery to do something random and funny on my box cuz... why not? And to my satisfaction and glee, they killed it!! Domino's, you continue to be my favorite pizza place.

Kid-friendliness: They actually have an entire section at the counter dedicated to children. Which, I think is pretty cool“

“Update 5months later. I just ordered delivery tonight at like 11:50pm and food got here at 12:20am -Piping hot and very tasty! Kudos for the improvements Domino’s!

Old review: I order from this dominos a lot. Typically have very good service but the past couple of orders have been bad. Two times the wrong pizza got delivered to my house. After reporting it, I did receive points for a free pizza. The manager also had someone deliver the correct pizza. Ordered tonight and was notified my order was cancelled due to a 2hr wait and me missing their call. Won’t order from here for a while.“

“ALWAYS DO AN ONLINE ORDER and use the available coupons on the app. Don’t try calling orders in. They are fast at preparing your order and carry out is the best bet as the app will usually give you a coupon for 50% your order the next week, got 3 large specialty pizzas for $33. The young lady at the window was very kind and I am grateful for the late hour it’s open.“
