Great store! Red and staff always take good care of me. The pizza always comes out quick fresh and hot and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back here. Keep up the good work!

I ordered a pizza and my son went to pick up. He said he stood there for awhile waiting for one of the 4 employees there to come over and give him the pizza that was on the counter and all 4 were hanging out talking and when he asks for the pizza my son said he was looked at and told No. Then another employee standing outside invited my son to fight. The pizza was terrible too. Never ordering from Dominos.

They’re open until 3am Saturday nights. I try to order at 1:30am and they’re closed. Can someone please explain that? It’s 2025. Please either explain that or fix your hours.

Honestly, I probably won't order from here again. I'm a pretty polite person even when others aren't. I placed my order and apparently my number was not updated to my new one. Totally my fault. I call because it says my pizza was delivered but it wasn't. Told he was coming back, called again after 15 minutes because I couldn't wait outside with small children upstairs (I'm in an apartment). I was told he returned to the store and they were sending him back, made sure they had my new number so he could call when he arrived. Ended up walking downstairs to wait again, delivery guy was pacing back and forth and had my pizza sitting on a ledge. Never called me or texted me to say he was there. I opened the door and said hello and he responded with my name so I said yes. He proceeds to hand my 4 year old two large pizza boxes with sauces, breadsticks and the loaded tots....I said he couldn't carry it he ignores me so I immediately go to my child and grab it all. Just walks off afterwards. I was hung up on both times I called. No have a good night or sorry for the inconvenience. Like I left a 20% tip on my $45 order. Just a horrible experience, will never understand how people like this have jobs.

I ordered a Large pizza with onions and a 2 liter coke! I get the food and the "coke" except it was diet!! I called twice both times told it would take 15-25 minutes to get the coke I ordered its been 2 hours since! Have not seen them!! The Guy that delivered the pizza reeked of marijuana! I do not Recommend this domino's go somewhere else! The Staff need to be drug tested! How do you mix up Coca-cola and diet cola? Then waste the customers time! Not to mention it took an hour for them to cook and deliver the pizza! this store is 10-15 minutes away! Still Waiting on my Coke!

This is the second time I have ordered delivery and did NOT receive the extra cheese that paid for. My order cost $56.07 including delivery fee plus tip. I think I should get what I pay for.

This is the worst dominos location, they do not care to uphold their customers orders and they are rude. They gave us practically raw pizza dough and when I called to see if I could have it remade their employee immediately became defensive and rude. THEN when they had their “manager” put on the phone he was even less helpful, he did not say anything and then asked if I had tried the pizza at all, which of course I did it was cheese and you don’t normally anticipate a pizza to be undercooked if it looks decent from a glance. He then proceeds to HANG UP the phone, I was civil and did not blame the employees that I spoke to and they still were unprofessional and rude. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE it is not worth it, spend your money somewhere that will respect their paying customers. Old Chicago is great and stoners has better customer service. Trust me, if you experience any bumps, they will hang up the phone.

Ordered for delivery. The pizza dough was extremely undercooked and almost raw. When we called to complain, employee was extremely rude and laughed at us. Told us that we shouldn’t have taken a bite and known that it was raw beforehand. When contacting the manager, we told him the situation and he HUNG UP ON US!!!! I have never left a bad review in my life, but this experience was definitely deserving of this. Save your money for many of the much better pizza places in the area.

What a total disgrace to one of the best pizza chains. An absolute waste of time trying to just get a pizza ordered. Was placed on hold after 25 minutes waiting to place an order. The payment portal was not working online nor the call center so they transferred me to the actual store location. After the 3rd hold, they picked up the phone and hung up because they were "busy". Hire more people, and do better at your job. Whoever owns this chain needs to train better and do better as a franchise owner. Absolutely horrible.

That was the absolute worst service ever. They don't help or answer questions, and they love to hang up on you. The service is terrible, the pizza is awful, and it's a complete waste of money and time.

This place accepted a delivery order AFTER I entered my address then after 10 min of saying pizza was baking sent a message that order was canceled w/no explanation. I paid up front & deserve to get an immediate refund but they say it will take 5 days. The decent thing would have been to honor the order or @ least a phone call w/a reason why they couldnt. It seems they only want to deliver to USC; then state that on you website & stop accepting other orders. Wish I'd checked out these reviews 1st.
