No point in tipping the driver everytime I give a good tip the pizza is never delivered on time. When I dont tip they deliver hot n fresh.

Bruh left my food on the ground, didn’t follow delivery instruction which was to knock on my door, i was waiting for my food to then find my boxes crushed, boxes wet and stuff missing from my order, i put the address in the app for the driver to go to, he got lost didn’t even call me, i had a tip in my pocket to give the driver when he arrived, with service like that would i?

ordered a pizza in the app, the delivery time kept getting pushed back so once it hit 30 minutes late i called the store and they said the driver just left when the app said he’d left almost 50 minutes ago. never had an issue before but definitely won’t be ordering here again.

Let me start off by saying, I support this location more than once a week I ordered a pepperoni and Philly steak pizza, I got home and noticed that I was given the wrong pizza. I came all the way back, leaving partial order at home
To dominos and they offered to remake Or refund it. It’s a disservice that I had to come back and all you say is sorry that’s all we can offer. This will probably be my last visit from here.

Whoever the manager at night on sat 9/7 is extremely rude. I ordered pizza to be delivered to my apt and watched pizza tracker. My pizza was out of oven at 1136pm when I called 10 mins later for status update when the delivery time ran out, I was asking manager about it but instead of good customer service he became a perk and refused to deliver my pizza I had already paid for. Oh and when I called he told me it was gonna be 35 to 45 mins still he claimed my pizza was under a warmer but I paid for fresh pizza I dont want one thats been under a warmer forever. 100% do not recommend this dominos.

After a long day of work I just wanted to feed my kids 1 they wouldn't deliver exactly to my room y'all know how it is after a long day at work and you just wanna feed your kids for those that does that, after explaining to me why I understood.... The driver was very nice when he got here and even told me to make sure I be careful... I didn't get his name I hate it. But customer service behind the scene I guest they had 2 managers on duty because when I called the first time trying to find out why my babies food couldn't be delivered to the room she was decent to talk to but then after getting the food and called back she sounded like she had a problem then put some dude on the phone to handle the situation.... BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA HAD ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN ON IT THEN WANT TO OFFER A REPLACEMENT ITS NOT ABOUT NO CREDIT ITS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE FIRST PLACE..... I WILL STICK TO PIZZA HUT THATS WHAT I GET TRYNA CHEAT ON THEM.... As you can see ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN ON THE BBQ PIZZA THEN THE BITE YOU HAD SOME BIG AND SOME LOOK LIKE CRUMBS
