Domino's Pizza

There was longgg black straight piece of hair in THREE of my slices... my hair is light brown and curly at the moment so I know it wasn't mine and the hair was almost embedded in the cheese.

After our pizza was made. It sat in the store for over 40 minutes at the quality check before it was ever delivered.

Yall need to give Deja a raise! She is literally the only person who has made my pizza the exact way I ordered it and it was actually really good! I order from this dominos all the time and each time the ALWAYS mess up my pizza except this one time that Deja made it and it came out so good. Y’all need to hire more employees like her! And fire the ones that are slacking in that kitchen

Absolutely ridiculous experience. We placed a large order online, and when I showed up to pick it up — with my hazard lights on and parked — they handed the entire order (A very large order) to the wrong car without even bothering to check the name.

When I went inside to fix it, no one apologized. No urgency, no accountability — just blank stares, and a long wait while they slowly remade everything. I had to sit there for another 30–40 minutes, and not once did anyone offer to make it right or even seem to care.

This was a complete waste of my time and energy. The level of carelessness and customer disregard at this location is honestly unacceptable. I will not be coming back

Waited about an hour for the wrong order to deliver, the delivery driver himself let me know this was the 3rd wrong order of the day and it’s only 3p on a Saturday. Mind you this order is for the kids to eat while I attend a funeral service is SC. I’m not from here. Wrong order arrives, I let them know I will go PICK UP the correct order since they waisted enough time. The girl lets me know they can offer a coupon & won’t refund anything bc they upgraded my pizzas from a medium to a large? I didn’t ask for that. I only expected the correct order to arrive the first time. I also don’t want a coupon because I never order from Dominos and now yall see why. I won’t be back and my poor babies waited so long to eat because some young ladies have a bad attitude, worried about blasting music in an establishment while making incorrect orders. Unacceptable. On July 18 2025. I order a large cheese pizza with 3 toppings. Ham onion and mushrooms. When I got there I know I was a bet little early. But I was told over the phone that it will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes which was fine. But when I got to there. I had to wait like 30 minutes. Then just when I was about to walk out. They had my large pizza already just sitting back there. I was like really why didn't they call my name that it was ready. But anyways once I got home I noticed that the pizza was overcook and was cold at the same time. There was barely any toppings the pizza look like medium or small which I ordered a large one. So I even had to reheat my pizza on a air fryer. But it was still not the same since that pizza was overcook. The cheese didn't taste that good. It also smells kind off bad too. But I was just so tired that I just got off work and from this heat outside going on. So I did not enjoy that pizza. I can't believe way back then Domions used to be one of the best pizzas and at this location. So never again will I spend my money and time here again. And this isn't the first that happened to me. So do not order pizza from here.

Entering the door we were greeted by a homeless person, being argumentative and rude. The pizza we ordered was a traditional Meatza. What we got was a New York style burnt cheese pizza. It was absolutely nasty and not in a good way. Seriously, does management not read these reviews and make changes, the complaints are all the same, food quality. I cannot recommend this location -5 stars, not friendly, didn't care enough to get the order right.

You get what you pay for. My $7 pizza special was on par with a frozen one cooked at home.
I have also tried the stuffed crust pizza, and I was not impressed

Affordable pizza, good service, limited taste. We enjoyed the stuffed crust but the sauces were disappointing.. especially the alfredo sauce. However, my family’s least favorite was the cheese pizza.

Pizza was pretty good, haven't eaten domino's in a while. We were very pleased in the pizza and wings....Delicious!!!
