Poor service took over a hour for my food to be delivered and the girl on the phone rude as hell
If I had space for -5 stars, that would be my choice. $32 worth of burned to a crisp pizza and they won't replace it, apparently because there is a time limit. You gotta call them b4 an hour after the pizza was made. Well I bought the pizza home, laid it on the counter, let the dogs out to play for 15, visited the rest room, and then opened the box to find pizza burnt to a crisp. $32 wasted!! Won't be ordering fron there ever again!

First time in a long time, I have been disappointed with Dominos. Walked in to pick up my order little girl looked at me and I didn’t even bother to acknowledge me or even say hi. She just rolled her eyes and kept making the pizza looking annoyed.
The other girl who was not wearing gloves as she dug her fingers into the cheese finally came over and as I was trying to tell her my order rudely cut me off to say just give me the name. I think I’ll stick a little Caesars next time. It’s a little bit cheaper and the customer service is a little bit better. Absolutely no friendliness or acknowledgment.

Tipped $3 just to have someone walk my pizza outside the store to my car but yall can't even do that. After checking in in the app and waiting like 30 minutes I eventually have to drag my 2 year old out of the car to go inside and get the pizza myself. I want my tip back cuz yall are useless.

Food arrived 2 hours after I ordered it. Order was wrong called the store to complain they hung up on me twice. Had to call corporate for a refund. Only decent person was the delivery driver Noah i think his name was. I use to order frequently but will now be taking my
business elsewhere.

I walked in and no one even came to the front desk to acknowledge me. I stood there with no person even saying I will get your order. After standing for 9 minutes one female came and said what to you want. No customer service. Worst I've seen foe Domino's. Worst. I walked out with food. Train them manners and customer service. Skills.
Used to be 5 to 4 stars 🌟 these photos 📸 were taken when the pizza was actually made a while ago and a more toppings and better then. Now it's hit or miss..missing mushrooms, spinach or olives toppings on Pacific Veggie. Not enough sauce or too much sauce, to much cheese or not enough cheese. Extravaganza toppings not evenly on pizza to much of one meat or veggie or not enough either ones. Crust is a bit more bland tasting and to dry. Thinking about buying own ingredients grocery store it'll probably taste a lot more toppings. Because your lucky if you get all the toppings on Specialty Pizzas!

My first time coming to this location. And it is terrible. Walked in. The guy who makes the pizza is literally in his phone. Remind you. He didn’t wash his hands after literally texting on his phone. After that he goes to making peoples pizza. Kinda disgusting if you ask me.
Secondly picked an order and my order is wrong. No way it’s hard to ready exactly what I want. Thirdly. I pretty much got a veggie pizza. Why are y’all cutting my pizza with the same cutter you use to cut pizza with meat on it.
I will not be coming back to this place

Worst customer service ever the entire crew is rude irresponsible teenagers. The supervisor Daisa and I’m assuming the other rude employees name is Jerry because that’s the fake name he gave after being extremely rude about a pizza I ordered online and it was a total of two pizzas. The online did not give the option to do half and half although the pizza advertised was half and half so I added toppings on pizza and called literally seconds after placing the order the guy that answered told me they weren’t doing the half and half the pizza was already in the oven and I had no choice but to accept it. I asked how is it in the oven and I just placed the order seconds ago. Than I said although you are saying it’s in the oven I do not have to accept it. He had the nerve to tell me they weren’t changing the order and because I knew we wanted half and half I called immediately I did not wait a second longer. I’m not sure if phone calls are recorded but this incident took place at about 6:45pm . He was rude and told me he was assistant supervisor than I went in and a lady was attempting to resolve and issue when another young lady stepped up and said she was the manager yet she had the same attitude the ignorant guy over the phone had. She stated their policy is the pizza was already made. I said madam there is no way that pizza was in the oven . But even it it was I didn’t have to accept it because it wasn’t what I wanted. Than I explain that the pizza was going to be wasted either way why give me a hard time about the pizza. She went on about how they were unable to fix it correctly because I used a coupon online and they would have to cancel the order. My question is why would the order be canceled if it’s technically the same order same ingredients only difference is one pizza has half and half. They are so , irresponsible and inconsiderate. Do not go here. Especially if they would place a young lady in charge that does not understand the value of customer service. I am business oriented any one who works for me will have to value customer service. Customers keep your doors open and your bills pay.

I ordered online, I couldn't track my order bc it didn't work, so I called the store, I was on hold for 8 minutes the first time, it hung up on me... I had to call back and the food hadn't even left the store ... I waited almost 1 hour for my delivery ... this is insane and I gave a good tip ... very unhappy with the service...
