My sister’s order was delivered burnt, and a woman named Daija handled that phone call so respectfully and redelivered my order to perfection! and added sweets for the inconvenience. She is awesome! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK DAIJA!Kid-friendliness: They have tiny staircase in the building where the kids can view them prepping and baking pizza’s! love that feature!

The phone app gives a time estimate before ordering and then doubles if not triples estimate time once you purchase and/or confirm your order. It was explained that the app can't tell how many people are in front of you at the actual pick up location. In today's world, you'd think both systems can communicate to allow for a better customer experience and explication for timeliness

The taste of the steak-n-cheese sub was not good at all. There wasn't hardly any steak on both subs. They added a small amount of green bell peppers and overpowered both subs with heavy clunks of cheese, which brought the taste down to its lowest. I will NOT be ordering this sub or any other subs from Domino's Pizza.

Ordered online the build your own pasta bowl. The toppings I chose were the Italian sausage, diced tomatoes, and banana peppers. I also ordered a side of honey BBQ wings.I was really surprised how good the pasta bowl was, I will definitely try this menu item again.The customer service was great, I was able to pick-up my order quickly.

Driver delivered to the wrong hotel. She went to Springhill Suites instead of the Sleep Inn. I never got my food and they said they wouldn't deliver it again. Outstanding in the worst way.

The worst experience ever. Successfully order online for pizza and brownies @6:39; 25 - 30 minutes to deliver. An hour passed, no pizza, still in prep mode per online tracker but credit card charged. Refreshed status now stating no online or carry out orders accepted. Called store. Was advised order was #6 inline. No ETA for delivery. Requesting to pick up order, states will be ready in 10 minutes. Gets to store. Employees full staff joking and playing around, guy comes up to charge for order again. This was a NO DEAL for me. Told him to cancel order and refund original charge and keep his pizza. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Long time customer lost. After 2 hours we’re at Rushes….. UGH

It has been a few years since we ordered pizza from here. We didn't wand to leave the house so decided to give it a try. Would have been better off eating leftovers. Confirmation email estimated delivery in just under an hour. 90 minutes later, no pizza. Called the location 3 times and was put on hold for over 10 minutes each time before just hanging up and calling back. The fourth time I was told it was out for delivery. Ordered at 631pm. At 8:13 I was given two lukewarm pizzas. The driver told me I would receive an email for a free pizza but at this point I don't even care. In addition to all of that, the 'ultimate pepperoni' pizza had approximately 2 pepperoni per slice. Free pizza or not I highly doubt I'll be ordering from this location again.

I'm still not able to figure out if this location has poor management or just lackluster employees (probably both). My first visit was delivery which took over an hour and a half when it was communicated to me 25-35 minutes for me. When the food got to me the driver informed me that he saw all of our dips and drinks on the order but didn't get any because he "wasn't handed them" and said I had to go to the store for it. To make it worse our pizza was room temp and clearly has been sitting out for over an hour. I called in and the manger wasn't sympathetic and offered a $10 credit not a refund, wouldn't even reverse my tip. Fast forward 3 weeks, I gave them a second chance and ordered carry out this time, I arrived 10 minutes past when they told me it would be ready and I still waited an additional 15 minutes for my small order. I then went home and opened the order, I had the wrong pizza and wrong dips, the receipt read correctly. I called them and they said to come back and it will be corrected, they then handed me another pizza and blamed the mix up on the oven (how am oven hands me the wrong pizza I'll never know). I get home again and this time it is again the wrong pizza but this time room temp again. It's sad to see this level of "service" even for a pizza place.

I order from this dominos a lot. Typically have very good service but the past couple of orders have been bad. Two times the wrong pizza got delivered to my house. After reporting it, I did receive points for a free pizza. The manager also had someone deliver the correct pizza. Ordered tonight and was notified my order was cancelled due to a 2hr wait and me missing their call. Won’t order from here for a while.
