I ordered some food while waiting on the food for a total of 54 mins. It never got to the us. No one called or touch our door. So when I call them they said they called and touch the door. Which is crazy because I was standing in the living room outside waiting on the food.

02NOV24 - multiple people are in store and frustrated with the service. i ordered before showing up and checked the status when i came in. the person told me the pizza is possibly in the oven. i waited 10 minutes to find out they hadn’t even started the pizza. many people came in while i was here and were also surprised and disappointed that their pizza hadn’t been started. everything seems very unorganized and they kept promising people that it would take 8 minutes when that was far from the truth. apparently two of the employees are new, which i can give grace for, but everything was still a bit too organized and took far too long.

They acknowledged that our pizza was late and cold before I even said anything. They charged us $55 for two pizzas and delivered it knowingly cold with a coupon good for 7 days.

I went in at night and was pleased with this location’s quickness, polite service and quality of food. (:
Ordered the new “New York style” pizza. It might as well have just been a hand tossed. The crust is in between hand tossed and thin, which I guess is fine, but I am just not a fan of it. I won’t get it again. For the thin crust I requested extra sauce because it’s usually dry. And it was dry. The only thing that made it good was a sauce, nobody makes garlic, flavored butter sauce better. I would’ve given it five stars, I was just really disappointed in the pizza, but with Domino’s its always a hit or miss.

The place is clean, the staff member I see is always polite and working hard, granted it seems like he is left alone he still pulls the weight as if he has a full staff helping him. My orders are always hot. And I enjoy this dominos.

I'd give zero Stars if I could. Told me the order was ready, then had me wait inside after telling me to come in for 5 minutes, and then give me the wrong order and watsted 30 minutes of my time when I return it. All so I can ask for a refund for you to argue over $0.06, really? If I give you a quarter, I expect a quarter for the refund, if your drawer is short it should come from your pocket. You made the error. I'll be happy to not bring my business back to you. Your night shift manager is terrible.
