When I walked in I immediately noticed that the place was sooooooooo clean! Ordered online and it was seamless! Will definitely go back. Oh has my 7 yr old son with me. He ordered sausage and pineapple! Love this kid.

So I placed an order for delivery. They cancelled the order because āThey are maxed out on deliveries.ā However, they still took the order and wait several minutes before notifying me the order was cancelled. At least give me a call letting me know why and donāt make me chase you down. :(

I ordered just a Parmesan chicken sandwich with extra marinara and a Marvel cookie brownie. The sandwich was not cut in half like it normally is. And the cookie brownie box was right side up, but the brownie was flipped upside down to hide the fact that it was burnt. I called the manager, and he tried to make his excuses instead of just apologizing and offering to fix it. He took my name and number and said I will have a credit. I show up the next day and the manager, never even took my name or information down. I showed them the receipt and everything, and they informed me that they couldnāt know whether I was telling the truth. I am visiting this place as a soldier staying on base and I told them this showing that I have no need to lie. And they made me wait and until they general manager came. This is not how Customer should be treated nevertheless a veteran of the United States. Is a terrible store with terrible customer service I frequently eat at Dominoās and I have never been treated like this ever.

Placed my order at 1:45 it came out of the oven at 2:04 I received it at 3:04 and hour later. It was cold and disgusting. I called and the girl who answered couldn't care less. I have never had a worse experience with a pizza delivery in my life. If I could give this place a zero I would, and for the girl who answered the phone and prepared the pizza, Olivia I think, she rates lower than zero. This place needs an overhaul of employees.

This is by far the worst domino's I've ever ordered from. The customer service gets a 0 stars. They do not answer the phone and if they do they don't even great you, they just put you on hold before you can say a word and then never pick up. It took them almost TWO HOURS to deliver our order 2 miles away. When we asked for a refund the manager was rude and then lied to us saying she would issue one, and NEVER DID! Food was obviously cold and gross. I mean this place just all around sucks and it's 100% the employees faults.

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and I still see crust on top. Best thing about this place was the music when I walked in. Word to the wise. Always check your food before you pay and tip. No matter what place your order from. Lesson learned

I ordered some food while waiting on the food for a total of 54 mins. It never got to the us. No one called or touch our door. So when I call them they said they called and touch the door. Which is crazy because I was standing in the living room outside waiting on the food.

02NOV24 - multiple people are in store and frustrated with the service. i ordered before showing up and checked the status when i came in. the person told me the pizza is possibly in the oven. i waited 10 minutes to find out they hadnāt even started the pizza. many people came in while i was here and were also surprised and disappointed that their pizza hadnāt been started. everything seems very unorganized and they kept promising people that it would take 8 minutes when that was far from the truth. apparently two of the employees are new, which i can give grace for, but everything was still a bit too organized and took far too long.
