Second time I ordered from here. First time never got my Pizza due to not having a delivery driver after placing my order via phone. Thanks, they could have told me this before I ordered DELIVERY!! Second time took 2 hours to get a Pizza and wings delivered. I'm less than two miles away. The Pizza was cold and looked like yesterday creation. Didn't get wi gs and instead got these grease ball things in a box. This place is trash.

Pizza delivered 2 hours after ordering and reeked of cigarettes. The entire kitchen smelled like it after about 5 minutes of bringing them inside. Hint of cig on a pizza is not a good time.

I do suggest the products above but this I only ordered two garlic cheesy breads (one plain and the other with pepperoni) to go with some spaghetti and meat sauce ? I made for dinner and it’s really an addictive sumptuous Sin we have to repent from and keep eating ?#REBTD? in case this doesn’t mention it, this is the Domino’s Pizza shop by Sam’s Club on Forest Dr. Columbia, SC ?

Horrible customer service! My wife placed an online order and checked the app for an update, and after the ruling showed that it was still being prepared, she ended up calling for an employee to say they were back up and it was going to take another hour. The employee had no empathy sounded like he didn't care at all.

I ordered a pizza at 8:20 pm 12/15/23 and it is 10:34pm and I haven’t received anything. I called the store at 10:10 pm and I am still on the call. If you get a bonus , a free drink, or a free pizza they don’t deliver it or take too long to send it.
Excellent when placing large group orders online for pick up. Always fresh and ready at precise time.

Have been a regular customer for almost three years but won't be returning after last order. Long hair in both pizza and wings. Couldn't pull it out of throat and ended up gagging and vomiting. Threw entire order away.

This Dominos is discriminatory when it comes to where they will deliver. I’m not sure why but they limit an entire neighborhood from receiving delivery orders and instead even if you work from home (as I do ) and your delivery order is placed but you receive a call saying they won’t deliver your order, you have to inconveniently leave to pick it up instead of being offered the same courtesy as residents who literally live past and right next door to you. Definitely distasteful experience and I will not be ordering in the future.

First time pizza purchase on 11/19/22. I ordered the Deluxe Pizza, and it did not look like the picture on the menu. There were very few green peppers, mushrooms and sausage. Some slices had no green peppers and sausage at all. The pizza was not hot, but I heated it up at home. Businesses are in a rush to do things quick. The pizza and chicken wings were ready in 8 minutes per the text, yet they claim to be made fresh. Quick is not necessarily better.
