Never received my delivery, the driver claimed they called me twice and cancelled my order! They never came to my door with my order and the manager refused to come to the phone to address my issue! Horrible customer service!
I ordered at 9:30pm and paid tonight just for my daughter to get there and the girl canceled my order and now saying they ain’t got time to make at 11:30pm. Wait!?

The delivery time has consistently been around an hour and half to two hours when we order from this location even with months between each order to see if things have changed. It always disappoints and they try to make up for it with a free pizza. It seems to be a “get out of jail free card” for them.

Ordered for delivery. When I looked on the app my food was completed, but was still waiting to be delivered. After almost an hour of the food just sitting at the store waiting to be delivered, I decided to go pick it up myself. When I got there a guy asked me for my name on the food, I told him, he looked at all the food and said it wasn’t ready. The girl came back in the store and went straight to the food and got my order. Not to mention, when I opened my food it was cold. Horrible experience. If you knew that you couldn’t deliver my food why not call and ask if I can come pick it up? Not to mention my food being cold, I paid for the tip of the delivery when I paid for my food, and you couldn’t even offer me anything for the wait of my delivery? If you know you don’t have the people don’t offer delivery options. My food was done at 7:19 and it was 8:09 before anything was done. This is unacceptable.

Ordered 3 large pizzas. 2 of them were cut in slices and 1 one was uncut. Everyone's order was correct. Using online coupons saved me money as well. That's a huge bonus.

Staying at a hotel in Columbia trying to order food before work and placed an order online using the hotel address. They take my payment then call me 15 mins later and say they dont deliver there. I offered to come pick it up and for them to refund me the delivery charge they said they couldn't do that. No coupon or anything for the incovience and could take 2 business days for a refund. The hotel is 3 or 4 miles from the location.
It's baked like this. I've never seen anything like it

Wow. Couldn’t be more disappointed. I have eaten at this location for a while now and never had an experience like this. The food was poor. The service was worse than the food. I placed an online order where I was prompted to get a free cheesy bread. When I got to the store, there was no cheesy bread included with my “order”. I asked about it and was told it wasn’t on the ticket and there was nothing that could be done…. Over a cheesy bread. The “manager” seemed to think I was trying to scheme my way into a free 3.50 worth of dough and mozzarella and spoke to me as such. As if that would be my go to place to come up in the world. I told him I would pay for a cheesy bread just asked that he remake the pizza that was now cold(the box was soggy on the bottom). Mitchell said he would not and proceeded to talk about the encounter after I left the store. Incredibly unprofessional. I truly don’t want anything to do with this place. I would rather eat a Jean jacket than eat this cold hard disappointment. 0/10 do not recommend. If u see the sign keep driving
I have never been so disappointed by a restaurant in my life. Me and my husband went to this location today and MITCHELL, the so called general Manager, not only neglected to give us our cheesy bread that we redeemed with points, he was also very rude to me and my husband. The pizza was also cold as ice and hard to swallow. He refused to remake the cold pizza when my husband asked on top of not giving us all of our food. Not to mention when I came in to ask for his bosses number, he was talking trash about my husband and his request in front of the staff and other customers. I witnessed him drop a box of pizza (someone's order) on the floor after speaking to him and he placed it back on the rack that holds the food for the customers arrival. This man was so unprofessional and he had a massive amount of dandruff in his hair and he DID NOT have his hair tied back and put away for the sake of cleanliness with the food. I am disgusted with this restaurant and after being a long time customer, I will never eat here again!!!!!!
I never really post a review but this time yes. My review isn't about service nice workers but the food so disappointed. I get it Fast food chain restaurants you never know what you are gonna get that day.I am sure prices of food for suppliers went up but prices have gone up for the customer to. Why did I pay for a pizza with toppings and basically got a cheese pizza.I opened each of my pizzas that were suppose to have a topping and they each had the topping on two slices and I think I am being generous.
