I placed my order for delivery which took over an hour to receive. The marbled cookie brownie’s were BRUNT & OVERCOOKED so ALL 9 of them had to be thrown away!! I made a claim via reporting the issue through the “delivery insurance” link provided while I was tracking my order! I haven’t heard ANYTHING back from Domino’s nor has my issue been addressed or solved!! I’ve called multiple times & the phone automatically hangs up once you press 2 for “all other issues.” It does it EVERY TIME I call!! ALL my other items were cold!!

I ordered three pizzas for delivery and it was dry and burnt. I immediately called once the pizza arrived to notify the staff and was told we can pick up the new pizza in 15mins. I went to pick up the pizza and it was still overcooked, dry and burnt(but less burnt than originally). I accepted the pizza because I needed to feed my family in a timely fashion. Additionally, I paid $5.55 tip to the driver as well as a delivery fee to deliver burnt pizza because I didn’t have a ride at the moment. I had to ask for a ride just to take the pizza back with my kids. Never have I experienced overcooked pizza from a major pizza company once; let alone twice in a 20 minute span. This is unacceptable and I do not feel valued customer. I will never order from this location again and will be looking forward to my phone conversation with corporate.

It depends on whose working as to how your food will turn out. The first time I went it was excellent. The 2nd and 3rd time the pizza wasn't cut and I had to remind them to butter the crust.

Horrible Experience … Ordered online pizza … expecting to get the deal that you are advertising. Allegedly there was a called placed but not to my phone. Never received the call. Arrived at the store, only to be told that they do not have the pizza in stock. Ok, no problem. I will get 6- Cheese. Placed order expecting $11.55. No, it comes up to $16.55. ??? Why?!? Well I can’t honor the online deal. Why not, it’s not my fault you are out of the pizza. Well, I canceled the order. I will place the order online … you know what never mind. I can’t … smh … do better.

I felt bad for the dude working by himself today. He acted 100% professional and worked hard but the delivery drivers left him hanging. Walked in and saw how mad everyone was waiting for their food and basically told him he was on his own and left. Customers were getting upset with how long it took but he was the only one in the kitchen. Management shouldn’t have let this happen. Do better.

NEVER order delivery here. My pizza sat for 50 minutes before it even got into a vehicle. It's over an hour since the original estimate and I still haven't been delivered a pizza.

I placed an order at 9AM this morning to be delivered at 1:30PM. The order totaled over $64. At 1:40 I called to see where the order was and the manager acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. When she took a minute to check she saw it and said they couldn’t deliver because they got too busy. Had she called I could have made other plans but she couldn’t be bothered to do that. I had to tell my whole class that they would not be able to celebrate with pizza. I am a teacher for students with exceptional needs and just wanted them to have a celebration of their progress. I have always ordered from dominos and even included a 20% tip for this order so this is beyond disappointing for me and my class.
this Domino's over here sucks very badly. they mess up my order and Don't even have the courtesy to let me know that they're not delivering but they have a full crew working and no body can deliver.i order online they don't even have the courtesy to say, hey, no.Deliveries pickups only until you call the store to see what's going on with your order. Y'all I need to do better big time.
Never received my delivery, the driver claimed they called me twice and cancelled my order! They never came to my door with my order and the manager refused to come to the phone to address my issue! Horrible customer service!

The delivery time has consistently been around an hour and half to two hours when we order from this location even with months between each order to see if things have changed. It always disappoints and they try to make up for it with a free pizza. It seems to be a “get out of jail free card” for them.
