Just a once in the blue moon dominos pizza, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a fast food style pizza place. However I’m not sure what was more baked the pizza or the kid that cut it lol…. But on a serious note my pizza was messed up man.

To all the staff that was working this evening, Friday 9/26 at this Two Notch location, I thank you so all so much! You were one of the only places open today after hurricane Helene stormed through and I just have to applaud everyone tonight for the customer service and hospitality they provided. Even through all the nasty and disgruntled customers constantly complaining in person and on the phone with the 2+ hour delay for orders, everyone held their composure and kept cranking everything out as fast as they could. You have an amazing leader as a manager and as a fellow colleague working in the food service industry, you have earned my greatest respect. Not only was my food piping hot out of the oven when it was my turn, it tasted and looked amazing! Thank you again!
I waited an hour which I knew I had to for delivery. When I got my pizza as you see in the picture my cheese and toppings were on the top of the box and boxes crushed. I called the store and asked if I could talk to a manager which he then paused with awkward silence then said this is him. He they initially said they can’t do anything and to file a complaint at the one 800 number. I asked if he could make another pizza he said yes but it would Be another hour n half. I said I could just pick it which then he would not allow me to do. Very poor service.

Today, April 30, I ordered a pizza again from seven forty-five at night and it is 10 at night with one minute and I have not been able to receive my order, they have brought me with lies and lies and again I repeat the staff has hung up on me on two occasions the phone for demanding my order and for asking what time they arrive after twice they lied to me and on three occasions, I have called is something dirty and I honestly do not recommend this place at all.
We ordered a pizza, and it was covered in grease/oil and way too much garlic. The garlic overpowered the toppings, sauce, everything. Not cut properly. Sloppy job.The box wasn’t even sealed/folded when we got it. We called and they did offer us a replacement we asked for but they seemed out off about it. The replacement item was also less than what this gross pizza cost. We just ended up requesting a refund and they slammed the phone down on us. The person we spoke with about it didn’t care. We won’t be ordering from here again.
