We ordered a pizza, and it was covered in grease/oil and way too much garlic. The garlic overpowered the toppings, sauce, everything. Not cut properly. Sloppy job.The box wasn’t even sealed/folded when we got it. We called and they did offer us a replacement we asked for but they seemed out off about it. The replacement item was also less than what this gross pizza cost. We just ended up requesting a refund and they slammed the phone down on us. The person we spoke with about it didn’t care. We won’t be ordering from here again.

I usually get delivery but the staff here is really good. There’s been a number of times where they’ve called me and refunded the delivery because they have no delivery driver. Way better than the dominos I used to go to.

Will drive past my house(5mins from store) to take a delivery that takes 20mins or more just to get back to me. Then will send a message that says the delivery is not what we hoped for but will give you a free pizza if you order within 7 days. It’s not what I hoped for either! 3rd time it’s happened. Nobody wants to have a cold pizza and the option to get a cold pizza again. Its worse than when they kept adding the wrong toppings to my pizza. Hot and wrong but cold and right?

Don't order online from this particular dominos especially after 5pm. Had two pizzas ordered, one was supposed to be a handmade pan with black olives, spinach, and extra alfredo sauce since the last time we had ordered it there was hardly any Alfredo sauce on it with the other being a regular pizza with pepperoni and black olives. Both ended up having pepperoni and black olives on it and the handmade pan that I had ordered only had two bites that had been graced with the Alfredo sauce in a pizza that was dryer than the dagum desert. Had also ordered a Cesar salad and two Alfredo pastas from there, the lettuce was wilted and the pastas had no sauce in them at all. When my husband called to get a refund or at least have it remade cause 50$ for everything to be messed up in some way wasnt worth it the lady that was on the phone at the time (9pm) said she was gonna call her manager to see what could be done only to hang up on him. I dont know whats going on with your in-store nightshift employees but as for the nightshift drivers, no complaint there, they're always quick, professional, and friendly.

I ordered pizza for my son at 8 o'clock. I checked the tracker at 8:30 and it said it was doing the quality control check, then at 9 o'clock still no pizza so I ended up calling. They said it hadn't left yet and when the next driver left, he would have it. I ended up going to pick it up. so they still got my tip in a delivery fee. I do not agree with us at all.

I prefer Pizza Hut but i had rewards so I order from here. Their crust needs to be softer and fluffier and please stop overcooking the pizzas.They have great pasta

Pizza from this Dominos is usually pretty good but the customer service is a bit lacking.... if you do carside delivery expect to have a long wait... when the carside timer started they stopped it quickly saying they were on their way but I ended up waiting over 5 minutes after that for my pizzas to come out but the timer showed it was an 'on time car-side delivery' also the dipping sauces that were part of my order weren't brought out so I still had to go in defeating the purpose of carside. This is not the first time I've had issues with carside being delayed at this location either...

Even with only a few people working here, they somehow manage to get my order right, fresh, and to me in a timely manner!
I prefer this location because the location nearest me has horrible customer service. This location has delivered to my home before. But when I called for delivery this time, the manager on staff refused to deliver to my home and advised me to call the location nearest me sighting they have a new GM. It's frustrating because I have a discount card that is good until the end of the year, but I'm not really able to benefit from it unless I pick up my order.

The cheesy bread is to die for Maddie was so nice and thoughtful , We had a huge order and they got everything right and it was hot and fresh when I picked up the order. I will be coming back here yall are gonna have to drag me out by both my ankles to get me to leave. THANK U FOR THE GREAT SERVICE

I had a pretty good experience here. When I came in the manager greeted me and was very professional. My pizza came out hot and ready and the manager by the name of Emily was super sweet and helpful. Come to find out she knew my brother so we started to talk and had a nice conversation. The store was very clean and professional, I would recommend this location to others.

Horrible delivery experience. Upon delivery, which was ordered contactless!! The delivery driver banged on the door and rang the door bell profusely. He was an old man with a blue sedan and didn’t even bother to greet me and just shoved the receipt in my hand to sign. After telling him it was SUPPOSED to be a CONTACTLESS delivery, he then stated “Tip.” I told him that it was not my card and he preceded to say, “That’s what they all say.” after handing him back the receipt which I gave no tip after the rude comment and terrible service, he then threw the pizza box in my hand and left. This is the first and last time ordering at Dominos.
