What’s going on with Drake duck in? Something is off with the chicken . The chicken is not the same and abnormally huge. A while ago I gave the hot meal to a homeless man because the chicken pieces was abnormal. I’ ve never seen a breast or thighs that big on a chicken . I couldn’t do it. I went back today and spent my money thinking it was going to be different but I can’t bring myself to eat this breast . Fries are good though and you need malt vinegar with them . I didn’t see any. The crew is always friendly and on point with the customer service . It’s time for them to go back to normal pieces of chicken . As of right now it’s a hard No! Sorry but it is indeed a very hard No!

Disappointed. I've heard such great things about Drake's. We ordered through door dash. We did receive a call that they were out of Breasts and it'd be about 20 minutes. We appreciated the call and said just getting wings would be fine. Got the order and we were not given fries that we ordered. It's always a huge let down when you dont receive the food you ordered. I was really excited to try the fries and extremely disappointed to not get the chance. I might try them again in person, but I'd be hesitant to order through door dash again.

The food was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, THE CHICKEN WAS ABYSMALLY DRY, WHEN WE GOT A CHICKEN SANDWICH IT WAS ALSO DRY AS A DESERT. THE CHICKEN CRUST FELL OFF COMPLETELY IT WAS SO OVERCOOKED TOO. DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE WAFFLES, THEY WERENT'T EVEN CHEWY. AND THE SYRUP LACKED VISCOSITY . AND THE PRICE WAS SKY HIGH. AT LEAST THE SERVERS WERE TOLERABLE. 1.6 STARS. 😡

Just tried Drake’s Duck-In for the first time today & had a wonderful experience! I was kindly greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in. The atmosphere and food both gave a vibe of a diner with modern touches-classic taste! And the service was truly exceptional- Shay was so kind and helpful! A rare gem in today’s customer service! Drake's used to be a guaranteed enjoyable meal. Since the reopening the food has went down hill. The hand cut fries are nasty and the fried chicken was overcooked. The chicken tenders are also substantially smaller than they used to be and are lacking in flavor. Please do not alienate customers that have been patronizing your establishment for years.

The good news is -,The fries are— delicious! They are hand cut! The bad news is - I was disappointed with how salty the chicken is and the fact that two pieces of chicken, a box is $10 with no side. I believe they are the most expensive chicken place in town. The sides are limited compared to other chicken establishments. No potato salad, no beans or coleslaw.

12-13-24 was our first time here. It was almost noon on a Friday and we were surprised there were not more customers in the restaurant. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were very friendly. The chicken sandwich was delicious and very filling. The French fries were too salty for both of us and not crispy.
