This is second time posting about this DD. Apparently my review was deleted. This definitely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in Columbia. They need to just go ahead and just close the doors on this.

Stores hours and website says two different closing hours. we arrived at 6:21pm and the doors was locked smh... update the store hours so customers don't waste they time stopping!

This Dunkin’ is awful. I placed a large online order for a team breakfast an hour ahead, with my phone number and email.. I showed up and they were o it of EVERYTHING at 0520 am.. boxed coffee, bagels, donut bites? Then I waited at the window for 10 minutes for a refund, while no one in the store was doing absolutely anything… finally, they “couldn’t” refund my card so they had to give me cash.. not sure what is going on, but I don’t think anyone actually works here.

I ordered a latte through door dash. They did not put the coffee in the latte, just sugar and milk. On another occasion, I ordered the croissant sandwich. They didn't put the cheese on it, and the hash browns tasted as if they had been premade, frozen, and thawed back out.

Waited over 45 minutes to pick up a mobile order, my food was cold and the coffee tasted like hot water. Do not go here.

The wars drive-through see in my life in this location to buy a coffee take me one hour waiting in the line very bad service very bad customer service. I never see that in Dunkin’ Donuts this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I see.

This by far is the worst DD I have patronized. I’ve only been in the morning, so I can’t speak for the afternoon/evening shift. All of the young ladies that work here lack professionalism and enthusiasm. Each time I’m treated as a transaction and not a customer. I’ve frequently visit this location to provide breakfast for my staff, but going forward I will drive across town to avoid this establishment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE
I ordered a almond crossiant today and that thing was hard as a rock. Y'all should be ashame to serve food like that to your customers. Will not be back

The crappy attitude was unnecessary and there's no reason you should break your neck and be cocky just because YOU messed up our order literally everything including the bacon and please enlighten me on the purpose of all our coffees tasting like its been loaded with cough syrup. Also why do you not have blended frozen drinks they have them at literally every other dunkin and you get snarky because we inquire as to why our coffee can't be made correctly? Either way the disrespectful tone was uncalled for along with our apparent robutussin coffee.

I usually go to the dunkin on Cayce, but I tried this location today because It’s closer to my apartment. I was highly!!! Disappointed. The workers were not kind, and my coffee was awful. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and it was as white as milk, and tasted horrid. I poured the entire thing out. Then, I ordered bagel bites and there was no cream cheese in them. I got my boyfriend a bacon egg and cheese and the cheese was completely charred until black. I am upset that I spent money here. Never again. Don’t waste your time folks.

Went through the drive thru and picked up my mobile order. Made it all the way back to work and had to go back because my latte was just the almond milk and flavored syrup. I showed the girl at the register who gave me a blank stare, turned around and dumped in whatever old espresso was sitting there and handed it back to me.

Dunkin you really impressed this morning. I ordered the Chicken Roasted pepper wrap, and the Turkey Sausage and cheese. Both of them were delicious, but the roasted pepper wrap I really enjoyed. The service at the drive thru was good.
Parking: Not a lot of parking options with this location. Very small parking lot.
