They need to hire new motivated employees. They all seem like they don’t like their jobs. The wait is ridiculously long always no matter what. One time I walked into the store and I see cleaning products near the food etc. corporate needs to take a look at this store and how it runs because you’re losing customers

My Mom enjoyed the freshly made Donut holes. You have to get out real early to Dunkin Donut,and in order to get a mixed bunch, cause once their gone they're gone. Thanks Dunkin.

Staff just stared at me as I am ready to order. The staff also kept doing other stuff until I stopped him and said I'm ready to order. I will not be coming back to this location and the one on two notch rd. Customer service is awful.

8/6/25 - Poor customer service skills. I waited over 30 minutes in drive thru to receive an order that was incorrect and no apologies from staff for my inconvenience. I have never experienced such poor service from a restaurant. They need to get rid of the entire staff and start over....AWFUL!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE TRYING TO BE WITHIN A TIME SCHEDULE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!! I would give them ZERO stars for today's experience.
This morning at 7 o’clock I go to Dunkin, they’re supposed to be open at five. Nobody is there when I pull up to the drive-through. There’s already a car there waiting with no one to help them. The young ladies that were working were literally just opening the doors when I was in line waiting at the drive-through. On top of that they were absolutely disrespectful when informing me, I had to come back an hour and 30 minutes. This costumer service is horrible. There needs to be more training.

Came for just a drink, and it’s not too big of a thing, but youd kinda expect the dream refreshers to be mixed in.. and ive never heard of the breakfast station being “closed down” at dunkin

Stores hours and website says two different closing hours. we arrived at 6:21pm and the doors was locked smh... update the store hours so customers don't waste they time stopping!
