I got overcharged for what I got it seems like on purpose so she could keep my change. It was theft The girl working the drive thru was very rude and did not have a good attitude. I just came there on 2/19/24 at 9:55

There was only one worker up front and one doing food, and even though the drive through line was long, I still got friendly service while I was inside. Even with the understaffing I got my drink quicker than I expected, and it tasted better than normal!

I stopped at this Dunkin on Garners Ferry this morning. I asked for 6 donuts, and when I tried to name them (which she didn't understand), the employee told me rather rudely you don't have to point, I know the names of them. (No name was on the tray - so that's great BUT I OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW THE NAME) So I very politely told her that, and she looked bothered like I was wasting her time as I pointed to them, and told her I wanted six of the plain donuts. I then asked her if the tray on the bottom in the next case was apple (also with no label). She said yes, so I asked for another six of those to complete a dozen. "I can't sell you those because that's all of them." A little flustered I said, then give me the remainder of what you can in the plain. "I can't do that either, because that'll be all of those also. That's our best selling donut. It's company policy." I asked for my money back, and left. If this is company policy, to NOT sell what I'm clearly looking at in the donut case, I won't be back to the donut museum, where you can look, but not buy. And no surprise, after filing a complaint online, the company says it's definitely NOT their policy. Imagine that.
