Staff does not inform customers when coffee orders are complete. They're just placed on the mobile stand with no announcement leaving customers to figure out which orders are theirs.

Ordered a Box of Joe (original roast) and a dozen donuts before work. The order was done effectively on time and the politeness of staff goes above and beyond. Thank you to the team that worked this morning, yall are awesome! My coworkers and I definitely run on Dunkin’ 🌎🏃🍩

My coffee was terrible, the only thing that I could taste in my coffee was sugar. They didn’t stir it well. It seemed like they were rushing to finish my drink.

First time I went here a few weeks ago the lady at the window was extremely rude yelled at my husband all because he didn't hear her say pull forward! Today I did another mobile order for a decaf iced coffee, when I get there im told they don't have decaf did I want something else. No I dont, I dont drink caffeine. I asked how I go about my refund and I'm told she cant do anything I'd have to do it on the app. She said unless ypu want to come back tomorrow and get it. Um no I live an hour away! So when I got back I the car I try to do a refund and of course I'm not seeing anything about it, tried to cancel order and it doesn't do anything.

This Dunkin repeatedly accepts mobile orders and then locks their doors and refuses to give the mobile orders in drive thru. They state to “come back during rush hour to get a refund” which is ridiculous. Seems like some type of scam or just really poor management. Employees are extremely rude and I witnessed them closing the door and locking it in someone’s face who was inquiring about their mobile order and how to get a refund.

Placed a mobile order for pickup (not drive thru) at 609. Arrived at 620 to find the lobby doors locked, no employees in sight and fully backed up drive thru. Waited 5 minutes without seeing a single employee to open door before leaving to get to work on time. Out my money and no food. Would not spend my money at this location.

So I ordered some bagel bites, a black pepper sandwich on a bagel, and a medium iced coffee. Turns out that’s too complicated for the employees at this location to make. I get a small hot coffee, my sandwich is in a croissant roll, and my bagel bites were mistaken for omelette bites. I understand the occasional mishap that can happen, and when i saw a hot coffee i politely asked for it to be iced. The employee came back with a small iced coffee, and this time i asked for a medium because that’s what i ordered. The employee gave me a hard time about this and told me i would be getting charged for it. I refused, as i had already paid and a medium is what I ordered. At the time i wasn’t even able to check if the food order came out okay but was very displeased when i finally got home. Needless to say the staff there are not friendly and obviously don’t care to do the simple things right.
