It was my first time going to this location and I won’t ever be going again. Ordered two coffees in the drive thru and had to repeat my order multiple times before they got it. When I got the first drink I asked to have it remade b/c it tasted like watered down incredibly stale espresso. The employee told me it was b/c I ordered “unsweetened” flavors in it since she had just pulled the shot for it, which is not the case b/c I obviously know I ordered unsweetened flavors. Eventually they remade it and it tasted worse the second time: incredibly watered down coffee that still tasted stale and now had a dirt aftertaste. The other drink I ordered, a simple iced latte, is also undrinkable due to it just tasting like watered down cream. Had to pay $9 for drinks I can’t even drink, and the customer service was trash.

I didn’t even get a chance to order. I went through the drive thru and the person taking my order had a bad attitude and cut me off after everything I was saying. And when I was confirming something she had a bad attitude and said I know so I just told her to cancel the order because I don’t trust someone to handle my food who has an attitude and I barely said 2 words to her.

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese through the drive-thru expecting it to be ready to eat. Instead, I received a plain, dry bagel with a separate container of cream cheese tossed in the bag. If I wanted to put it together myself, I would’ve made it at home. I paid for a bagel with cream cheese — not a DIY kit. This level of service felt lazy and careless. Definitely disappointed.

I stopped and got a large unsweet tea with stevia, the tea tasted like it had been brewed out of a dirty coffee pot. It tasted so strongly of old coffee. I also got the bacon omelette bites and they both had burnt stuff from the oven on the bottom, luckily still edible but kind of unpleasant. Although I will say that the girl that took my order was pleasant and everything was quick. I normally don’t write bad restaurant reviews as I worked in the same industry and I’m very understanding and easy to please but I had to say something in this case.

Donuts were dry. Not worth the $15 a dozen. Service was ok. I asked for donuts, they gave me donuts.

Worse Dunkin that I've ever been to. Yesterday afternoon my husband visited this place using the drive thru. There were no other cars in line but we sat there about 3 to 4 minutes before they finally acknowledged us. After repeating my order 4 times, we pull to the window to see the young female cashier on her cellphone yelling loudly. About 5 minutes later a guy comes to the window and take our payment. Then another 5 to 6 minutes passes before we're handed the 2 iced cappuccino. BOTH CUPS ARE FILLED TO THE RIM WITH ICE with barely any actual liquid in the cups!!! JUST RIDICULOUS!!!!

if i could leave zero stars i would . i’m mad as hell . i ordered a pepper bacon sweet croissant and got a sausage croissant . i’ve called several times and nobody is answering the phone . words can’t describe how pissed off i am .
edit bc i am at work just know ill be up there when i get off and yall better fix my stuff . i am not playing . im mad as hell .
alrdy had to wait several minutes on some hasbrowns and received 4 in the bag … let’s not be funny . cse im on one today . if ur gonna act like ur so miserable on the job , find something that suits u . bc at the end of the day the day is over .

Location continually closes early with no reasoning
I leave for work at 6:30, but stop at DD for breakfast from time to time. This is the second time I have been told that we’re not serving food at this time. I don’t find out until I request a food item. If this is going to be a consistent thing, employees need to make that know prior to someone making the order. I will gladly leave the line and go elsewhere

Dunkin never has the cruller. I was not impressed with the selection. The only redeeming thing was the young man who took our order. He was pleasant and made Jackie's fru-fru coffee in no time flat. It's probably my last time, dunkin'. Dunkin people, no need to comment. This is my final answer.
