Waited at the drive through for a couple minutes with no one responding. Finally pulled up to the window and a very rude worker (a girl) greeted us. She said she can’t take orders because the card readers are down — don’t understand why instead of ignoring us, she couldn’t have said that the card readers were down at the drive through when she saw us waiting there? Also, wasn’t able to get my birthday drink!! She was super rude was working the closing shift on 12/2/25.
Worst experience ever. I usually go to Starbucks, but decided to try Dunkin’ this morning. Big mistake. I waited almost 25 minutes in the drive-through line, only for them to tell me to pull forward so they could bring my food out—after I finally got to the window.
When I got there, they didn’t even know what I ordered, so I had to repeat the whole thing again. The girl taking orders had zero customer service skills, and inside the store I could clearly see workers wearing gloves but touching everything—equipment, counters, bags—and then touching the raw food again, then more surfaces, then more food. Completely unsanitary. On top of that, employees had their drinks sitting right next to the food prep area.
Absolutely unacceptable. Do not recommend.

Honestly the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’m new to Columbia from Illinois but i’ve been to plenty of Dunkin’s and this one was atrocious. They were unable to make part of my order, told me I had to contact corporate for a refund, and the avocado toast they were able to make for me was untoasted and cold.

Ordered a half a dozen donuts….they only put 5 in the box, my husband went to eat one and it looked like it had a bite taken out of it. Tried to call the store so I could get a refund and could not get them to answer.

Unbelievably BAD location with a manager (assuming that was her role) who has NO BUSINESS managing people or interacting with customers!!
We had already waited for 10 minutes after paying for our order and receiving only the coffee drink. When the manager rudely came to the window and said “You need to pull up.” I asked why it was taking so long for a simple bagel and hash browns and she replied that she had new employees. Seriously? How hard must the training be to heat a bagel?
The manager was unprofessional and rude and the service was absolutely terrible! Avoid this DD location!

One of the worst locations, every time I come here they’re either closed early or they don’t have anything. I was in the drive thru for 30 min before being serviced. There were 0 donuts left at 05:30 pm when they close at 7pm, unacceptable!

I’m not one to write reviews. But genuinely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time. Took 30 minutes to get through the SHORT line. It wasn’t ready when I got to the window and it was wrong. No cold foam, drinks tasted weird. THEN, I also had donuts and I brought it up to the woman and she gave me a rude look. Like she expected me to leave without what I paid for. She proceeded to tell me they were out of donuts but she’d go look. She comes back with 2 donuts of flavors I didn’t order. STALE tasting donuts I might add. I don’t understand what’s so hard about a coffee drive thru job. Do better.

Pulled up to the drive thru to place my order, but no one came to the microphone. I then pulled up to the windows and saw an employee working. She ignored me and kept working. Someone from the back finally came to take my order, but the customer service at this location is lacking.
