Janiya took my order and I LOVE THIS GIRL- give her a raise because she knows how to give excellent service. I ordered an avocado toast and an iced matcha latte with mocha swirl, almond milk, and a shot of espresso. The first matcha I received was not matcha, I could tell from the consistency. I went back and she made another one for me, showed me the cup with matcha in it, and even waited for me to try it to see if I was satisfied. She’s an amazing employee, she deserves everything. She also started conversation so she’s not only an excellent worker, but she has the ability to connect with customers. Love love love. In the picture my matcha drink is on the right and the other unknown drink is on the left— my order was 100% corrected with no additional charge.

If ur in Columbia do not go to this dunkin. Going to garners ferry or the Knox Abbott location would be the best move. They got our order wrong, had to pull up and wait for a couple sandwiches, in the minimal space they provided with the drive thru. The quality of the food was horrible, cold, and noticeably not handled with care. Please advise.

I will never understand companies will want a two week notice but when you give get immediately removed off scheduling so why do a service to be do e a disservice poor management

Horrible customer service at the drive-through. The young lady with the pink hair needs to learn some more Customer Service skills. You do not own Dunkin’ Donuts so you need to calm down you are an employee it’s no need I’m sitting here telling you to be rude and don’t know how to say thank you and have a good day Manager you need to look at that.

Possibly the most filthy Dunkins we've ever been in. Pee all over the seat in the women's restroom & looked as though someone had vomited in the sink. At the counter (which was filthy) we wanted for about 10mins before being acknowledged & their were other customers behind us. We also stopped here to let our dogs pee and there was trash all through the parking lot & the wooded area behind the establishment.

I arrived at Dunkin' this morning, I went through the drive thru to place my order and the speaker was so bad I couldn't hear the person and she couldn't hear me. I ordered, snackin bacon, cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese, and a glazed chocolate cake donut. When I got to the window my order was all around incorrect. In my bag was a breakfast sandwich, no bacon, and a donut with chocolate icing. They ended up refunding me for the sandwich they charged me for. I didn't see the incorrect donut until I got to work which was disappointing and it was old. The bacon was also undercooked, and they put a whole jar of cream cheese on my bagel. This was just so nasty I threw everything away.

Do not stop here if you are on the way to work, employees are always rude in the morning, and will walk away for 20+ mins, literally had to drive away without my food items I paid for because I could not wait more than a half an hour for one sandwich. Also have been told they can’t do food times but can clearly see them making food items thru the window. maybe consider training employees to inform customers there’s a long wait for food items.
