This place is awful. One worker told me to get on this long line to order when I had ordered online for a pick up and my food was on their side of the counter. They are so overworked and incapable of handling the situations and heavy influx of customers and it shows when there’s dirt and food all over the floors, they’re preparing food with the garbage cans all on their work stations. It’s gross. These workers are overwhelmed for low wages. Shame on the owners of this place.

Location is always low or out of donuts. It’s a freaking donut store. You guys can’t plan for weekend mornings? I mean this issue has been occurring at this location for years now.

How the hell are you out of almost all donuts at 10? Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. Like can talk not make more donuts throughout the day. I do not recommend this location.

Had to fix my own iced coffee because the worker gave me a tall cup when I asked fir a medium cup. Plus it was bitter black coffee no cream or sugar, and I specifically asked for iced coffee, them she going yo bring me the liquid sugar and cream, so I had to mix my own coffee.

One worker black hair with blonde at the bottom is VERY rude. I was a DoorDash driver picking up food and the cook is getting smart with everybody. People leaving with half their order. Either hire more people or close

Worst experience ever. I came through the drive thru and ordered one coffee and one breakfast sandwich. I waited in the drive thru line for over TWENTY minutes for my order. Complete waste of time and money. Something needs to change at this Dunkin because this was absolutely ridiculous. Extremely frustrating and will 10/10 never come back.

Ordered a drink and food items on the mobile app. got there and they told me they had no food in the whole building and i had to request a refund myself though the app. it was only 11 am. this dunkin always sucks

Staff made me wait for 15 minutes in the drive thru for a Boston Creme donut. When I reached the window, the staff said we do not have that donut anymore ?‍♀️

Placed a curbside order, pulled in to the parking lot and waited, and watched the drive thru lane back up all the way to Devine Street. Cars were eventually pulling away and leaving. I saw someone walk up to the door but it was locked; an employee came out and let them in. Later, they walked out with their order. I walked up to the door and was told "the inside is closed". I told them I had a curbside order, they said "hm" and walked away into the back. I went back to my car and waited another 20 minutes. Watched another person walk up to the door, be let in, and walk out with their order. I tried going to the door again. Knocked on the door. An employee walked around the corner, looked at me and the person waiting with me, and walked back into the back. I waited 5 minutes more, then I finally left.UPDATE 11/20/23:Decided to give this Dunkin’ one more shot. Unfortunately, I never got to order, as I stood at the counter for ten minutes watching employees walk around (to be fair, they were working) without anyone greeting or saying it would be a short wait or anything. They just watched me stand there and said nothing. This location is such a disappointment, their only clientele should really be the high school students across the street who don’t know any better.I had to call the customer service line to have my order refunded. I don't know if they're having a labor shortage like everywhere else, which I understand, but maybe a sign on the door? Or something? In any case, I won't bother coming back. There's so many Starbucks in the area that I won't bother trying to get anything from Dunkin again.

Waited in a drive thru line of 3 cars. It took 45 minutes. Once there were no cars in front of me, the window worker said “one minute please” and dissapeared for 15 more minutes. Extremely hard to believe you could mess something so simple like a drive thru up. There were 3 cars in the parking lot so not sure how this was such a bad experience, won’t be coming back here. Hopefully nobody’s getting paid more than $8 an hour.

I went into to Dunkin’ before a football tailgate with a large order. The staff (especially Jessica) was exceptional in being patient, kind, and considerate in completing that order of three dozen donuts, coffee containers, and individual drinks! Jessica came into work as I walked in and immediately came to my help and assistance! I would recommend this location to anyone!
