There's not enough room to express my discontent on this page. But if you are expecting the Dunkin' Donuts of the past or of the northern part of the country. Don't waste your time with the South Carolina Dunkin' Donuts. It was terrible. Day old Donuts almost every single time that I go to purchase Donuts at any of the Dunkin' Donuts. And nobody, and I mean nobody cares, that works here or manages it, owns the franchise or corporate office.

Very nasty unprofessional location. I walked in and seen the servers eating donuts with their gloves on right behind the counter. Tried to order at asked if tge can switch out the meat lady said no. No problem I wanted to add upgrades to my dozen she said no lol it would be a separate order no problem. The person behind me orders the same meal the had no problem replacing the bread. I stayed professional and calm the whole time. But this place used to be good. Will take my money else where.

I just moved down here 8 days ago and I must say SC is a beautiful state but unfortunately this Dunkin Donuts has 1 rude worker. I don’t know her name but her attitude needs to be adjusted before serving the people, respectfully she’s a bit older maybe she’s tired of people but no excuses!

The food taste very synthetic and frozen, I can only eat the pastries. The coffee is spectacular and reasonably priced. I’ve recently switched here from Starbucks and both my wallet and waistline are appreciative.

They have a hand typed sign on the bathroom saying employees only. My husband had to take our 3 year old to the gas station next door, which is not very close. The coffee is made ok.

Jodi went above and beyond to make sure I could get my boo bucket. They were out by the time I made it in, but took my information down I can come tomorrow and pick it up. When I was eating my other food with my family I decided I wanted a spider donut so I go to pay and Jodi tells me don’t worry about it because of the boo bucket issue. Please be kind to your food service workers. They’re very busy and doing their best.

I ordered curbside on 09/11. Waited 15 before my sandwich and coffee was brought to me. She was rude and practically threw my bag in my car. I start to drive away and sipped my coffee. It was like warm. I turned around and went back. When I went in the cashier, who is the store manager, was fusing at customers because their POS System was down and she could only take cash. Some people left, some went to get cash. When I got to the register, she said what do you need? I told her about my experience. She said she would give me another coffee. Mind you it is now 30 minutes later. I said no thank you, I would like a refund. She tells me I would have to do it through the app because her POS System was down. I asked her where in the app and she said she didn’t have time and just do it in the app. At that time, the other ride employee shouted out loud, she didn’t have to explain anything to me! I told her, I am spending my money, so yes she does and that our conversation has nothing to do with her. She kept talking. I went back to the cashier and asked for the managers name, she said she was the manager. I asked for the name for the area or regional manager’s contact information. She gave me the owners name but said she could not give me the number. They kept my food and I still have not received my refund. So I am out twice. Store owner’s name Mike Patel!! This store could be do much better if the customer service was better!

After driving 2 hrs (for a trip we make fairly often) and stopping here shortly after 0700 to purchase donuts, we asked if we could use the restroom but were told they are only for employees. Is that even legal? If you have 2, make 1 for employees and 1 for patrons. Regardless, we won’t be back.

Used door dash as I don’t drive and I received the wrong bacon sandwich. I ordered a everything bagel sandwich and received a BURNT croissant…called the store and the phone number does not work at all

Never made my coffee then said someone else must of taken it. I was standing here the whole time. Any other Dunkin Donuts I've ever ordered from in a store hands the coffee to the customer customer came in after me ordered that stuff got that stuff my coffee was never made
