I always go here on the way to work to get me a drink and I love this place because it’s so close to home and the workers are sweet however when I got my drink after drinking half way once I got to work I noticed something black at the bottom of my drink I’m assuming it’s a gnat in my drink and I was very surprised… alittle grossed out and didn’t know if I should call the health department I would look at you’re drinks cautiously

Gentleman claimed to be unable to remake my drink due to me purchasing it from another location(5pm). Originally, the location I purchased from didn’t have any liquid sugar and I wasn’t advised of this during the time of my order being placed (8am) but I didn’t find this out until I went back after work for it to be remade so I went to the broad riv. location just to be turned away b/c I didn’t originally purchase from them. I PROMISE you Starbucks would NEVER!!!! Drink thrown away and money wasted because no receipt was provided.

The area is a little ran down but the employees make up for it all the girl that took care of me was super sweet and my matcha was perfect
This was my third visit to a Dunkin’ location—and unfortunately, the experience was consistently disappointing.
I ordered a shaken espresso, but the staff seemed completely disengaged and uninterested. No one was welcoming, responsive, or willing to answer questions about the order or the menu.
It wasn’t just this location either. Every Dunkin’ I’ve visited has had the same issue: poor customer service and zero friendliness.
At this point, it feels like this is just how Dunkin’ operates. And that’s a shame.

There's not enough room to express my discontent on this page. But if you are expecting the Dunkin' Donuts of the past or of the northern part of the country. Don't waste your time with the South Carolina Dunkin' Donuts. It was terrible. Day old Donuts almost every single time that I go to purchase Donuts at any of the Dunkin' Donuts. And nobody, and I mean nobody cares, that works here or manages it, owns the franchise or corporate office.

Very nasty unprofessional location. I walked in and seen the servers eating donuts with their gloves on right behind the counter. Tried to order at asked if tge can switch out the meat lady said no. No problem I wanted to add upgrades to my dozen she said no lol it would be a separate order no problem. The person behind me orders the same meal the had no problem replacing the bread. I stayed professional and calm the whole time. But this place used to be good. Will take my money else where.

I just moved down here 8 days ago and I must say SC is a beautiful state but unfortunately this Dunkin Donuts has 1 rude worker. I don’t know her name but her attitude needs to be adjusted before serving the people, respectfully she’s a bit older maybe she’s tired of people but no excuses!
