If I could give this review no stars I would. I have been coming to this location with my parents for more than 20years and we have never been treated like we have today. Everything was good until we got to ordering our food. My mother and I walked up to the counter to place our order.We waited until someone came to attend us my mother then proceeded to say what she wanted mind you my mother can’t speak well English so it’s hard to understand what she saying.We got one medium ice coffee with two morning wraps, my mother wanted to add a small coffee which the worker kept saying what else while my mom kept repeating herself small coffee. The worker then told my mom to not get an attitude with her.When no one was getting an attitude nor raising there voice. The worker was just rude the whole time taking our order rolling her eyes and once the order was place she went to talk about it with work crew an even costumers, making comments about us and laughing.Like if we weren’t in the same building.
I ordered Dunkin’ Donuts through Uber Eats, and I’m honestly disappointed. I paid for a bagel with cream cheese, not a DIY kit. If I wanted to spread my own cream cheese, I would’ve picked up a bagel and a tub from the grocery store. This isn’t about being picky — it’s about getting what you paid for. It’s lazy service, plain and simple. Do better, Dunkin’. Put the cream cheese on the bagel next time.

Horrible customer service experience by cashier worker. She was extremely rude and nasty towards us yesterday for no reason other than the fact that she didn't like seeing a black and white couple and was working on a Saturday morning. She kept giving me dirty looks and basically threw the receipt at me. We had to get a refund and leave after I could no longer take her nastiness and rude behavior and got into an altercation with her because I wanted to know what the problem was and why she was being so rude and nasty. She does not need a job in customer service. We went to the one off garners ferry and was treated so much better and coffee and food was perfect. I did not get her name to report her to corporate but I hope corporate sees this and investigates because that was uncalled for. We have never been treated so poorly.

Poorly ran and managed. Management is inarticulate and rude to customers.
If the coffee isn't made wrong with too much cream and sugar, it's incredibly watery. The poor unprofessional management at this location makes for a high turnover rate. It's apparent in the quality of the product and the attitude of the staff that they are unhappy.
Employees seem ill managed with poor training and structure.
I asked about gluten free coffees and they said they have none. Smfh just smfh do better people

I come at least twice a week and everyone there is efficient, clean, and helpful. In particular, this one woman (she’s a little shorter, frequently seen at front counter/preparing coffee) is super quick and polite but everyone is great. Great coffee, too. Some Dunkin’s tend to have their coffees a little too milky or sweet but this one is ALWAYS hitting the mark.

There cappuccino was nasty and has no taste.
Every Wednesday night at 7:30 I stop for a coffee and the lighted sign (large one) is always off and I almost drive right past it.
If i could give this specific location minus stars, I would. I just walked out of this location and it has been so far the worst experience i have had at DD. Not only did i have to explain my order twiced but i wrongly charged. At the end i just took whatever drink they thought i wanted ( i should nt have) and walked away. I could not explained myself once more or any clearer. As I walked out with drink in hand and i took the first sip, i realized that I was not going to be able to ge through that drink. I just threw my drink away and count it my money as lost. I would never give my business to this location again and it is going to be along time before I go to any DD again.
