Never go to this location! I had a mobile order they let me wait over 15mins for a coffee I never received! They sat there and made other mobile orders for people that wasn’t even there yet then after 15mins of waiting they tell me they can’t find my ticket! I show her my order and instead of making my coffee she goes to the front corner and takes orders! Once I said I’m late to work she just offers me my money back and no coffee!

Cold Brew was delicious, service was fast and friendly, and the booths were large enough for me to sit at comfortably (432 lbs) . The atmosphere was energetic but still calm and quiet enough to have a nice conversation with my friend.

Made coffee wrong and then instead of remaking just splashed a pump of caramel in there on top, tasted bad. Poor communication about meal deal. Didn't check to see if they had items I ordered before hand, attitudes poor despite messing up our whole order, no desire to make anything right acted like they could care less they got the whole order wrong.
