The employees at the drive-through are always in a bad mood and always have a attitude if you order more than 1 thing they are terrible if there’s a long line and they fold under pressure and they don’t know what’s on there own menu the manager needs to fire the bad ones and get some actual employees that want to be there

Got my entire 2 item order wrong twice. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and large hot tea. They gave me a plain bagel and told me to have a good day. I said you gave me the wrong bagel and forgot my tea, she said oh and then turns around and later gives me the correct bagel and hands me a large iced coffee. I said again you gave me the wrong drink I ordered a large hot tea, she responds OK, and a few minutes later a different lady hands me the correct drink. Mind you there was only 1 car behind me and maybe 2 cars parked in front. So it wasn’t busy and there were several employees in the building. Get it together

Never go to this location! I had a mobile order they let me wait over 15mins for a coffee I never received! They sat there and made other mobile orders for people that wasn’t even there yet then after 15mins of waiting they tell me they can’t find my ticket! I show her my order and instead of making my coffee she goes to the front corner and takes orders! Once I said I’m late to work she just offers me my money back and no coffee!

Have been going to this location since moving here a year ago. Staff is always friendly and the Manager is a workhorse, I swear she there 10 days of the week. Every-time I am in, they remember my loud self and make it a point to make you feel at home. 10 Stars if I could.

The top of my coffee smelled sooo strongly like lotion or perfume to the point I had to take it off. Makes me think the employees don’t wash their hands before making the drinks
