First, let me say that the employees are very friendly. The reason for my low rating is because when I stopped in, specifically for an iced coffee at 6:30pm, I was informed that this location only offers iced coffee until about 5pm. They do offer hot coffee until closing but their full menu isn't available after 5. They make one large batch of iced coffee when they open & when it runs out they don't make another until the next day. I was informed the reason for this is because no one really drinks iced coffee after that time. However, this location is right in the heart of a major shopping area which includes a very busy mall, so I found that hard to believe, especially considering it's SC, where it can be in the 70's in the middle of winter. Even if that wasn't the case (in my opinion) if you display the Dunkin Donuts sign & have their menu visible without any indication that you only offer part of that menu during certain times, it's misleading. I have stopped in several gas stations that offer DD coffee and never run into this issue before, during any business hours. So if you're planning on getting an iced coffee of any kind after 5pm, I don't recommend trying this location. There is another DD on Lake Murray Blvd (abt 1 mile from here) that offers their full menu, including donuts, until they close at 9pm. If you're planning on coming here before 5 then I'm sure their coffee is delicious and readily available.

Tralaya is very rude every time i come in to he store. This time, her and the other cashier was making fun of a customer struggling with the pump instead of doing her job and assisting. Idk what the problem is but why do you guys not care about how your workers treat customers??? After all, they are there for us right????????

It was Inside a has station with no sign. Coffee was cold, donuts ok. I wouldn't advertise this as a DD.

Always smiling, kind, and lightning quick product. Friendliest DD I've ever encountered, going daily the past few weeks and there's no one I dread seeing.
