Wow unbelievable let me start by saying I ordered my frozen coffee and instead of saying would that complete your order she told me my total and rushed me off I politely said that was not the rest of my order her tone changed real quick I said my meal over and over 1 sausage and cheese croissant 3 bacons 1 hash brown and a frozen coffee they charged me for 4 sandwiches 1 hash brown frozen coffee no bacon and egg on all my sandwiches no apologies or customer service came with this so disappointed work on your staff they are on the clock outside doing yard sale deals with people walking away with French vanilla creamer it looks like for payment y’all need to get your employees

I come to this location once a week and always have great service. I order ahead through the mobile app and never have any issues. My order is always correct and fresh. The staff at the window are always polite and friendly as well.

I did ask for light mocha in my mocha iced coffee. It looked like they added extra. When I mentioned it, the girl just shrugged. I moved on with my day. I do have day most every DD's is super friendly.

Dunkin’ Donuts always delivers! The coffee is fresh, the service is fast, and the people are consistently sweet and welcoming. What really sets this location apart is the manager on Fridays, she is the best! She treats us like family and always goes out of her way to make sure we’re taken care of. It’s the kind of place where you feel valued and appreciated every time you walk in. Highly recommend!

What is with this new trend of “sorry drive through only” during normal business hours and the front door open. They look at you like how dare you walk in right now and no patience taking our order (at the drive through). Time to find a new place that actually deserves my money.
