ICED COLD FOOD, DRINK TASTED LIKE WATER AND NOT MIXED AT ALL, SNACKIN BACON WITH NO SEASONING. WASTED MY MONEY AND WAS HUNGRY.WHILE LIGHTSKIN LADY SEEMED TO NOT CARE AT ALL. TO OLD FOR THIS AND HAVE BEEN COMING TO DUNKIN FOR LONGER THAN SHES BEEN MANAGER FOR SURE.

What is with this new trend of “sorry drive through only” during normal business hours and the front door open.
They look at you like how dare you walk in right now and no patience taking our order (at the drive through). Time to find a new place that actually deserves my money.

Food was really bad, donuts were fine, but hashbrowns were soggy, and the sandwich tasted awful. Couldn’t eat it.

I went in to get a Donuts and use the restroom. I believe she was the manager,but I can't understand if she was, how, cuz she was very rude and disrespectful. There was a key in the door when I went to go into the ladies restroom, she raised her voice and said not to go in there. Then she gave me the key to the other restroom, so I went in to use that restroom. After using the restroom + washing my hands, I came out + went to hand her the key, she held up a paper cup for me to put the key in!!!!! I told her that I washed my hands, I just think her hole attitude tucked and if you don't like your job then leave, she did explain when cashing me out that the ladies room toilet had been over flowing + she did not want to mop up pee water,but that she had gotten busy and left the key in the door. All that was not my fault and she did not have to take it out on me or be rude to me because it was not my fault. I Love Duncan Donuts, I will not go to Krispy Kreme, there Donuts are nasty,but I will not tolerate people being rude and disrespectful to me.

Poor customer service unprofessional. Was told to pull around and park an my order would be brought out to me. Waited 15 minutes then went inside to get my mobile drive thru order. 0/0 do not recommend.

Took 25 min to get a breakfast sandwich. Employee working sandwich station didn’t know what he was doing and making orders wrong. It took manager stepping in to fix issue

The owner is AWFUL!! The crew that is working now is average. The food and drinks not so great!! Overall needs plenty of improvements!!!

Had a mobile order about 50 min waiting and there was barely anyone in the store so I don’t understand why it too so long. When we got our food and drinks they were wrong and cold. The cold foam was curdled. Spoke wit the manager to get a refund and never heard back. I would not be returning to this store poor service. I would give 0 stars.

Not only does South Carolina not have half and half the ppl working at this dunkin are either def or just plain dumb! I asked for a latte with half half. They said don't have half half so I asked for 2 expresso shots with 3 pumps of butter pecan. She gave me a latte with whole milk, 1 extra expresso shot and no syrup for 8 dollars! Glad I don't live there!!

I been there twice within the last 3 weeks during the weekends and to be exact a little past 7 am to find this location still closed, the last time i could see the employee sitting in the dining on the phone, i mean 2 out of 2 then i opted for the new coffee shop just ahead clutch coffee no issues fast and good service there, whoever owns the dunkin donuts should hear from whats happening to bk and McDonald's their bad customer service is finally catching up with them now they are on decline, please do better for those customers that you still have

The employees at this location are the rudest people on the planet. They act as though placing an order is an inconvenience to them in someway. I stopped here because it was on my way to my intended stop but due to the attitudes I will be going to Starbucks. I’m not willing to give a place that treats customers with such little respect my money.
