Chef Kat always has a creative but healthy take on meals. The voodoo she does that makes her chicken so tender and moist doesn't make any sense. Following her meal prep has allowed me to loose the last little bit of weight I hadn't been able to get off. Would absolutely recommend... and you're going to eat them veggies too ?
