I have genuinely never been so disgusted and disappointed with a place. My first time ever going was yesterday around 11:30 PM. My boyfriend and I were waiting on our food for the manager to try to kick him out over the fact he asking where my food was because our Uber had arrived. The manager (the old woman with decaying teeth) not only cussed us out but demanded I show her my bank statement to prove I bought a calzone. After I showed her I spent the stupid $15 she then finally started cooking my food. We waiting over an hour and a half for 2 calzones, missed our Uber, and got cussed out for wondering where my food was. After I sat for an hour and a half being forced to breath the manager’s cigarette smoke (she literally smoked 3 cigarettes back to back and puffed it in my face) I tried to just say Nevermind can I have a refund. NOPE! Wouldn’t even give me a refund had to sit and wait another 30 minutes (it’s been 2 hours at this point). I’m not sure who the owner is but I highly suggest to take a visit to your store and see how terrible your staff treats customers. I will never a day in my life come back again and I will die on the hill that this is the worst place I have ever been to in my whole entire life not even in South Carolina in the whole United States.

Just waited 41 minutes for 10 wings!!! They were burnt and I called back to let the young lady know and she said “well I don’t know how that could be because they only went thru the oven once”. Her attitude was kind of stale and was not very inviting!!!

Extremely rude woman was working on 2/9 with purple hair. Food wasn’t ready an hour after ordering. She refused to refund the order and said I’d have to call back another time to get my money back. She also cancelled another order through Uber Eats and denied doing so.

not sure what i did wrong exactly, but i was incredibly polite to this lady with purple hair and she was super rude when i ordered my food. she rolled her eyes at me for saying hello and slammed my card on the table. i watched other adults come in for online orders which were already finished and she was very polite and enthusiastic towards them. i went up a second time to get a water and got the same reaction from her. for some reason she had the audacity to ask for an additional tip for simply giving me a water. on top of all this rudeness my calzone took over 25 minutes to come out with only cheese inside while I was the only person inside the establishment. i’m very disappointed in my experience and im unsure how she’s working here to be quiet honest. i was very friendly and maybe she has it against white men for whatever reason but that’s fine.

Ordered a DoorDash pickup and went in 20 min after ordering. Ended up waiting 45 min before overhearing the staff say they never made my calzone. I went in at about 1 am and the staff were smoking weed inside the establishment next to the food and oven. Never got my calzone. If you are drunk at 2am and want to pay for a possibility of getting edible food, this place is for you. If you actually want any sort of positive dining experience, go anywhere else.

I ordered on a Tuesday around 9pm. I ordered online and when I got there, my ordered hadn’t been started yet. So they immediately started fixing my order. It didn’t take them long at all to make my calzones. I ordered 2 of the chicken, bacon, and ranch since they have the BOGO deal every Tuesday. Both calzones turned out so good. I will be going back.
Stopped by on a Wednesday evening around 6 pm. Not busy. Served very quickly. I got the pepperoni calzone. Generous fillings. Overall average size. I will ask for extra marinara next time, I like at least two of the little cups with my calzone. Tuesday nights are BOGO so that's a great price.
