I love the food here. So I come often, usually after I get off work. I call in before getting there, so I can just pick it up. But likely the new hire has been making me want to take my business elsewhere. Tends to have a bad attitude and for some reason is eagerly to hangs up before even getting my order done.

Five stars for everything for a solid Chinese lunch spot. Easily the best Chinese we have found in the Columbia and Irmo area. Sesame chicken and house fried rice was exactly what I’ve been looking for. Better than Sun Ming. Would definitely recommend.

No idea how this is so highly rated.

Food is bland, no spice, heat, or real flavor.

Pools of oil at the bottom of the fried rice.

Also found a sliver of steel in my food, which was nice. From a wire brush or more likely the stainless steel scrub pads. Looked like a hair at first but pulled it off the general tso chicken.

The young girl working the front counter didn't seem to want to be there or care, had to ask for the rest of my order when I didn't receive it all, then got an 'oh yea'

Their shrimp egg foo young wasn't what I was expecting. Their focus is on Taiwanese food [maybe should have ordered from that menu]. Egg rolls were good!!

I've eaten here for over 40 years- back when they were in the old Hardee's building. Food is always good. Egg rolls are the best in the state. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer for well over 10 years and today was my worst experience ever. The customer service was horrible and I should have followed my instincts and walked out. The lady was at the cash register but was too busy talking with 2 other ladies behind the counter and looking at pictures on their phones. She finally acknowledged me when I started to walk away. I placed my order and everything was very pleasant until I asked for clarification on the price. She said my total was $12.49 but the screen facing me had $11.35; and I questioned the discrepancy. She looked agitated and said the total included tax. I asked why wasn't the total showing on the screen facing me. At that point she became visibly angry and punched a button on the cash register so that $12.49 appeared on my side of the cash register. She then proceed to start talking very loudly in Chinese to the 2 ladies that she had been socializing with. I could tell she was talking about me because the 2 ladies kept looking at me. I asked for a receipt but I guess she didn't hear me because she asked me what did I say. So in a louder voice, I asked for the receipt again and that made her even angrier. Instead of handing the receipt to me, she slammed it down on the counter and glared at me. She also slammed my food down on the counter. She also told me that I don't have to come back ever again if I don't want to and that she doesn't need my business. I don't understand why she got so angry because I asked for clarification between the amount showing on the cash register and the amount that she told me was due. Maybe she thought I was questioning her integrity, but I wasn't. I just wanted to know why there was a difference in price between what she said and what was on the screen. Her customer service was absolutely horrible. On top of that, she gave me two of the smallest wings I have ever seen, and I wonder if she did that on purpose since she was so angry with me. In hindsight and because I had not paid, I should have canceled my order and walked out when she got so angry when I asked about the price discrepancy. She didn't need to tell me that I don't have to come back if I don't want to because I have sense enough to come to that conclusion on my own. Hopefully IF I ever go back, the gentleman who is normally takes orders will be there and I will tell him about the horrible customer service that I experienced today. That gentleman has always been very pleasant and friendly. The lady in charge today was just awful. Her customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. Giving it 2 stars because of the poor customer service I experienced today.
