Eggs Up Grill

I was not served for over 20 minutes. No water . No utensils. When I asked why, I was told that the sever was too busy. When we finally received service the food was sub par. I honestly felt that we were purposely treated the way we were treated. Horrible place . I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I've been going to this restaurant for a while now and have never been disappointed in my food like I was today. Both my son and had pancakes and they were not good. I don't know if they've changed the batter recipe, if they were over mixed or if it was how they were cooked but definitely not their best. We may take a break from this one on Forest Dr and try one somewhere else.
Our server was excellent as always.

It's a clean and cozy place... Food is very good... Service is usually great... Booths are small, so 4 adults is cramped... The omelets are flat, not fluffy like I prefer... but still taste good...

I like going to the Eggs Up Grill in Columbia due to the friendly atmosphere and fast service. Everyone is friendly and very attentive to your needs. I also like the feedback when I ask for recommendations.

I am absolutely appalled by the experience I had at this Eggs Up Grill on Forest Drive. I ordered the Texan Bowl without chorizo sausage because I am a vegetarian. When the dish arrived, it came with sausage. I politely pointed out the mistake, expecting it to be corrected.

Instead of preparing a fresh meal, I had a clear view of someone in the kitchen digging through my bowl—with a glove—to remove the sausage. To make matters worse, the server herself began picking through the same bowl before bringing it back to me, as if this was acceptable.

This is not only unsanitary, it shows a complete disregard for dietary needs, customer requests, and basic respect. I would love to know if this is actually your policy—to remove meat from a dish and serve it back to a vegetarian customer instead of preparing a proper replacement.

The level of service and care was shocking, and it left me with zero confidence in the restaurant’s practices. This was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable.

Our waitress Shana was really sweet friendly ! It was our last day in South Carolina and she made the best of it !! And since my sister graduated from the army.

Being a little too early for my early morning doctor’s appointment turned out to be the perfect opportunity to enjoy a wonderful meal. The young lady who assisted me was courteous, professional, and engaging. The presentation of the food was exceptional, and the flavors were equally impressive. This is a warm and welcoming establishment, and I look forward to returning.

We always go to this restaurant for team breakfast meals. The staff is very tentative, food comes out fast, food tastes amazing, and coffee is always hot. 10/10 recommend
