On March 6, ten minutes before closing our party of 7 came to eat after a church service! Let me tell you the whole team was simply amazing to the server, cooks, and management team! We got treated so special, with such great attitudes, and it was a Blessing to get quality food and great service! Highly recommend this one to everyone! We were out of state and we felt so appreciated by them for being in their restaurant! Thank you so much again!

Delicious food and atmosphere. Awesome ribs and salad. Other guests had steak, pork chop, etc. No one complained. Our server, Alphonso, was super. He handled our party of guests virtually by himself and got the orders right. Throughout our visit he remained friendly and attentive. We will be back. Parking was great, too.

Service was good. My mom and I host and Server were respectful, although other servers should work on how they talked to people and introducing themselves. Our appetizer wasn’t bad but maybe within a few minutes our food had gotten cold as if it sitting out for a while. My mom and brothers food was fine but my pasta was almost flavorless. The bathroom needed cleaning, but overall it wasn’t bad. So 3 stars

I always enjoy Fatz. Usually have the Calabash shrimp and last night wasn't an exception. Meal included soup or salad, bread (with their good honey butter), fries and slaw. Service was fair but the price is right.

This was my first time coming here. My boyfriend suggested it just to try something different than what we normally eat. From the moment we walked in any expectations I had disappeared. The waiting area was full of people, and not a single person came to seat us. After standing there for five minutes being ignored, we finally walked over to the bar and sat down. Once again, zero service. The bar looked abandon and we had to literally flag down an employee to get a menu. For some reason, this restaurant lost its liquor license (I'd love to know why that is) and that's the first thing the waitress told us when she finally decided to take our order. I ordered the chicken that came with soup as a side, my soup was cold upon arrival. The rest of my food was just okay. My boyfriend ordered the popcorn shrimp and didn't have any complaints. Aside from the sub par service and cold food, the restaurant itself was disgusting. Two tables behind us left just as we sat down and no one cleaned up the tables. We left and all the trash was still all over the place. The employees seemed to be more interested in themselves than doing their job. I can safely say that I will never be back here.

We stopped here on our way south. I had the ribs and my husband had the shrimp and grits. We were very pleasantly surprised! The ribs were perfect and I loved the dressing on the coleslaw. My husbands shrimp and grits were also very good. I travel for work and eat at a lot of restaurants. I would definitely return.

I've been coming here for years on our trips back-and-forth to Florida and I've always enjoyed the meal... Last night will be the last time we visit this restaurant. For some unknown reason they have lost their liquor license but the main reason was the food! The fried green tomatoes tasted like they had been fried in oil that had fried every known ingredient just terrible. We both ordered the 1 pound offering a baby back ribs neither of our orders were hot, with sections of the meat being Cold. The meat had a odd, not pleasing taste, almost spoiled with a spongey texture. Neither of us finished the ribs. We left sorely disappointed. Must say the service was good. But it was a terrible experience! Despite years of restaurant loyalty ... we will not go back!

This place has definitely gone downhill from when I used to come here years ago. All of our food was either lukewarm or just didn’t taste good. For example, the fries were too greasy and the boneless wings were salty. Giving it 4 stars for the simple fact that our waiter Tyler was extremely nice and was willing to fix all of our issues and he had a great attitude about it all. Definitely the best service I’ve had in awhile but based on the food alone, I won’t be coming back. But Tyler was great and went above and beyond to create a good dining experience for us.

Ate at this establishment in Nov 2019, Service was poor at best. Food was awful . Then in Jan got hit with 3 debits from my bank account and management said that their computer had been down since October 2019. I call BS !! How does a Restaurant Chain like Fatz not catch that ? Beware people they are rip offs !! Called corporate and got no response. Fraud is what they are about. I would post a -10 but it won't let me. Not only did I pay for terrible food but had to pay an overdraft fee !! Never will go there again.

We ate there Thanksgiving day and they are only just charging our acount today 01/11/2020. The food was good as was the service, but now we have to pay an overdraft fee in addition to the cost of the meal.

I've been going to Fatz for years! One of my family's favorite restaurants. If you have the opportunity to have Brandi as your waitress, you'll be treated to 5 star service! We always ask for her and have yet to be disappointed.
