My wife and I went inside for our first time, the young man at the counter was not busy, he frounded at us turned his head and and did not greet us, looking on line I thought we would have a good experience, but I was mistaken, needless to say I will never come back, we left and enjoyed a meal at Paneras,

Im not too sure what's happening but this was the first time I had to throw away ALL of my breadsticks. They were hard as a rock. I had no issues with the staff.
Fazolis pizza is great when made right but today, 11/25/25 at 1:45 pm this is what my pizza looked like. Not appetizing or appealing at all! The guy who made it always does this and sometimes I won’t eat bc he is often angry and it comes across in his food. Why would anyone think this is good. Food is about first, the look, then the smell, and then the taste. I can’t get past the look!

This food is terrific. I am from the North East coast region and the flavors and textures of this pasta makes me feel like I am in New York or New Jersey with real Italians cuisine without haves to actually be there. My only issue is every time I order an ICEE or beverage it’s never received with my meal. Perhaps this store should double check the receipts prior to sending out orders.
