Restaurants could use a face-lift. After driving close to an hour, I arrive to learn they are close 2 hour ahead of schedule. There were 4 people on the side of building smoking. I was told they were short staffed. I would not revisit the location(two notch).
I then drove to the harbinson location. Where the appearance was much better, great customer service, but the food didn't taste fresh.

I’m big on Italian and Greek food, For this being such an American Italian fast food joint. I have to say I’m impressed! Especially when the bigger Italian restaurants are busy on the weekends and Fazoli’s is satisfying. The food taste great for the price and make sure to get the app for better deals. The service has always been good to me and the atmosphere is very comfortable. You need a fast fix on Italiano, Fazoli’s can get you by! 🇮🇹🍝🤌🏻

The food is always so yummy and comes out hot. The staff are attentive and polite. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because the restrooms are ATROCIOUS. Super dirty and smells like urine.

Identified scheduled hours show the store open until 10:30pm. On this day the dining area was closed with chairs on the tables at 9:00pm.... WHY??

Wish Fazoli’s was still in our state (Florida) but unfortunately they have all closed. We always stop by the one in Columbia South Carolina on our way to Asheville. When there was a Fazoli’s in Jacksonville and our sons were youngwe eat there all the time because it was inexpensive and they loved it

The food was good. However, it sounded like you were in a nightclub instead of a restaurant due to the loud music. That was a BIG turnoff.

Took my family to eat for daughters birthday. Told Employee who waited on us this his reply was ok I got u. Received food was quick, hot good. Once food was served server never came back. Didn't expect much maybe something for her maybe plates for cake? Nothin never seen him rest of meal. Not suitable for birthdays. Will go somewhere else next time. Wasn't busy so no excuse. Personally would have been nice. If u don't like working there go somewhere else. Our group consisted of9 people so guess our crowd wasn't worth us spending almost 100 dollars.
Celebrating an event that is huge for me, and decided to drive 100 miles to have Fazoli's! Very very glad we did. Food was fantastic, and the people were incredibly friendly, yet focused on providing excellent service!! Definitely worth the drive!

I like Fazoli's and hope they do well, but this place will close down soon like the rest of their other franchises if they don't have better management...we were there 1 hour before their closing time and they closed up the dining area and only allowed togo orders. We were on our way to Florida and cannot eat spaghetti in our vehicle of 6 people. So they lost our business that day. I'm not sure who's running this only Fazoli place I know that still exist, but if they don't look at their lazy employees who don't want to work, they'll have this place shut down soon.

The service is usually pretty good. There are times when we go in and the counter person doesn't do any sort of greeting, but not always. Good food and the staff is friendly enough.

We ate here on a trip with FFA, and several of us were sick afterward. The fettuccine tasted like it was straight out of a can, and the shrimp was chewy.

The staff I'd always nice. The food is yummy. My only complaint is I typically need more sauce. I suggest joining the rewards program so you can get , eventually, free food. But best if all, free unlimited breadsticks when you eat in the restaurant!
