Great tasting food. Not the serving size I was expecting for the lunch special. Cashier was great but could hear the cook staff cussing and complaining about the job in the back which through me off. I have only been to two locations and will not plan to come back to this location.

Thursday evening we arrived about 9:15 PM. We were informed we could order to go but could not dine in even though the closing time was 10:30 PM. We wanted to eat in as a swim team group. We ended up leaving to go where we could eat as a group.

Was really hoping to be able to give a great review on Fazoli’s as so many people have recommended this location. I was disappointed that when we arrived we were informed that the dining room was closing at 8 due to staffing but there was no sign of warning on the door before we entered. Also while waiting on our food we could hardly hear each other over the music being played by one of the cooks because it was so loud and extremely vulgar. We also noticed the cook was vaping in the building. Finally we got our food and headed home just to find the order wasn’t correct we we got home. Hoping to give the location another try to hopefully update this review.

This experience was awful and need the gm and his owner to reach out to me asap, a worker by the name of shanciqua was completely rude and disrespectful and heard from the shift lead the gm is aware of this with her. The way she act and tone of voice in front of my children and other customers were un called for and need to be dealt with in a fire immediately!!! Each time I come to columbia I come here and never experienced anything like this here before. Please reach out to me concerning this asap. While I remained calm she asked me WHAT AM I GOING TO DO IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN. PLEASE REVIEW THE CAMERAS!!!! workers need to know they can and will be replaced if they don't know how to conduct themselves while at work. While leaning over the counter resting completely not good. Spending over $30 this took my appetite could not eat from being upset, just packed it up. And heading towards i20 to head home. Upset!

I have eaten here 3 times once in store, 2 times through the drive through. Thier motto is Fresh Italian Fast, the food here, is NOT true Itallian, they do NOT use fresh chicken cutlets its clearly processed, the only thing I can honestly give them credit for is they have Excellent Honey BBQ Wings...that is the only thing i order from them...the Alfredo sauce is clearly not made with fresh heavy cream...it might be made with water which is not real Alfredo, thier Marinara is clearly canned...it is not really good, they seem to use processed meats not fresh ground beef fir making meatballs. The servers were nice, this is a Pepsi shop, so no coke products if im remembering properly.

Restaurants could use a face-lift. After driving close to an hour, I arrive to learn they are close 2 hour ahead of schedule. There were 4 people on the side of building smoking. I was told they were short staffed. I would not revisit the location(two notch).
I then drove to the harbinson location. Where the appearance was much better, great customer service, but the food didn't taste fresh.
