Hadn’t had Fazoli’s so wasn’t really sure on what to get! The cashier, Chris greeted us when we came in and was extremely helpful in my decision making! Satisfied with my meal and the customer service he provided today!

This food is terrific. I am from the North East coast region and the flavors and textures of this pasta makes me feel like I am in New York or New Jersey with real Italians cuisine without haves to actually be there. My only issue is every time I order an ICEE or beverage it’s never received with my meal. Perhaps this store should double check the receipts prior to sending out orders.

We just had the best experience ever at this location and this was not our first visit. The dining room was clean, excellent customer service, and we got offered breadsticks numerous times.
