I love firehouse, the sandwiches from here are great but expect to wait. Been sitting here 20 minutes watching the manager look at her phone while watch an employee sweet under tables while there’s a line and only 2 people making sandwiches. As a manager you need to think as a manager and make it happen. Poor work ethic.

The sandwiches here are absolutely fantastic! However, the soda from the machine is consistently off—it’s either not getting enough syrup or it’s over-carbonated. I’ve mentioned it to the staff multiple times, and I’ve noticed other guests doing the same, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The food is a perfect 10/10, but I’d suggest getting your drink elsewhere.
