The sandwiches here are absolutely fantastic! However, the soda from the machine is consistently off—it’s either not getting enough syrup or it’s over-carbonated. I’ve mentioned it to the staff multiple times, and I’ve noticed other guests doing the same, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. The food is a perfect 10/10, but I’d suggest getting your drink elsewhere.

It's only subs, so it's hard to give five stars for that, but man, they're great subs. This particular location was on point with fast and accurate service, and they were fairly friendly. The location was clean, and everything seemed in working order.
Parking: Parking is decent at this location, but it is one way and has a tight exit.
Kid-friendliness: Certain days and times, kids can get a specific meal for only a dollar. Firehouse Subs locations are known to be very kid-friendly.

On Oct 20, I ordered 2 subs with turkey and bacon ranch i specifically told the employee more than 2 times to heat the bacon in the roller oven she did not do it no black pepper or vinegar on the sub. It’s was not busy at all. Employee not following instructions should not be there working. The sub is not what I ordered. Employees need to fix what customers ordered period!!!!

Had one of the worst experiences here. My company ordered a large order and most of the sandwiches were wrong. The staff seemed mad that we ordered and were not friendly. The manager would not help fix the probelm when going back. This was for a nursing home and their residents which makes it worse. This was supposed to be a treat for them but turned into a disaster. I will be calling coporate and taking it up the chain of command
