I ordered through the firehouse app a meatball sub pickle spear, chips, and sprite. I only received the meatball sub and pickle. This is why I don’t order through an app. It’s a hassle to go through the process and then when you finally speak to someone they act like they don’t care or can’t do anything to help. I spoke to a lady at the firehouse and she said that firehouse had nothing to do with this call Uber Eats. Ridiculous!!!! She invited me to come the and pickup the sprite and chips. The reason I ordered was so I didn’t have to leave. Ridiculous!!!!!AGAIN!!!! I’ll never order again. Whoever is running that store on Harbison probably needs to be evaluated by upper management.

After ordering my sub (steak and cheese), paying, and sitting down to wait, I was told they no longer had steak because someone ordered too much online and the rest of their steak was frozen. While processing my refund, the manager said she could microwave the meat to thaw it quickly. This is unsanitary and unhygienic. I got my sandwich refunded but not the combo because “I’d already poured the drink.” The staff was incredibly rude and unapologetic about the situation. I will not be coming back and will tell others about the experience.

Not impressed. Stale bread and a funny taste to the dressing has my stomach not happy. Even the pickle had issues. Just something off about this particular location.

It always baffles me when a general manager doesn’t know how to talk or communicate with customers. Unfortunately that was my experience here. The general manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. When my order didn’t go through on their online ordering system, she offered little to no guidance, instead blaming me for their system not working correctly. When asking if they wouldn’t be making my order, she ignored me each time. Then accused me of being ‘sarcastic’ and decided to serve other customers instead of helping me.

Firehouse needs to extend the time on their birthday reward or at least show an expiration on the app when the reward is listed. Birthday was 2 days ago and apparently it's already expired. When I saw the reward in the app there was no expiration date.
