It always baffles me when a general manager doesn’t know how to talk or communicate with customers. Unfortunately that was my experience here. The general manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. When my order didn’t go through on their online ordering system, she offered little to no guidance, instead blaming me for their system not working correctly. When asking if they wouldn’t be making my order, she ignored me each time. Then accused me of being ‘sarcastic’ and decided to serve other customers instead of helping me.

Firehouse needs to extend the time on their birthday reward or at least show an expiration on the app when the reward is listed. Birthday was 2 days ago and apparently it's already expired. When I saw the reward in the app there was no expiration date.

As always I get great subs consistently no matter the type. It’s fresh as well as nice and warm if it’s a hot sub. Love the variety fountain drinks.

Informed the cashier I didn’t want onions on my sub, she replied “it doesn’t come with onions”, lo and behold my sandwich comes out with onions. Second item in my order I asked for no mayo or mustard and it still came on there. Third sandwich was supposed to have bacon, none on there. Then ordered 3 fountain drinks, got to the station and the soda was flat, when I told the cashier she said “oh yeah I know, the co2 is out”…. Took 30 mins for our food to come out. Highly dissatisfied.

Not trying to bash too hard but a cashier who appears high, a 30 min wait, and a messed up order for 3 sandwiches that still cost me $50 bucks in wild. Should have driven the extra 5 min for Jersey Mikes.

Food is good (not great, like the Firehouse Subs in Beaufort). Employees answered all questions, nicely. Comfortable environment with enough leg room to move around
Wheelchair accessibility: Enough room for wheelchairs, but need to go to the end of the counter to turn around. Counter might be a little too high, but tables look like right height. Chairs CAN be pulled away to make room.

I recently visited this Firehouse Subs location today, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When we walked in around 4:00 PM, there was no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff, despite a cashier and three other workers being present. No one let us know they’d be with us shortly, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated.
After a few minutes of awkwardly standing there, the cashier finally took our order. However, the cashier seemed uninterested and unhappy to be there, which added to the already negative atmosphere.
The only positive part of the visit was the food—it was good and met expectations. Unfortunately, the lack of basic courtesy and enthusiasm from the staff overshadowed that. Customer service should always be a priority, and I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

We visit the Killian and Spring Valley locations at least four times a week for a quick lunch or dinner. Every time, we order the same thing: a TBR and a kids’ turkey. Not once have I ever been asked to bring my kids out of the car to prove I have a child with me. However, during this visit, my two children were in the car with my spouse, and the cashier charged me an extra $2+ because I refused to bring my kids inside.
My question is: if I place an online order for an adult meal and a kids’ meal, will you require me to go home and bring my kids back to prove I have them?

Manager was rude to my husband. When I asked how to get a hold of her boss she told me I didn't and then proceeded to yell at me. Oh and I asked for no pickle but got pickle.

No matter when I come to this location, which isn't often. THEY always mess up my order...I'll ask for toasted bread , it's completely soft..Why are the employees being stingy with the BBq sauce. smh! I can barely see the BBq sauce, I asked for more.. They look annoyed and just pour cold bbq sauce into a tiny sauce container that's not big enough to pour on my sandwich.. Bread is supposed to be toasted... Stop being stingy with the meats. Last time.. no meat in my sandwich!! Luckily, I checked before I left the restaurant... That was around 9 ish pm

Terrible customer service.
Thank you for supporting Dutch Fork Football! The meal boxes you provided for our C-Team boys were fantastic! The players and coaches were very appreciative after playing in their jamboree.
