The sandwiches are always good but the last 2 times I ordered a salad which is supposed to have romaine lettuce they use iceberg lettuce. And I requested bacon bits & paid extra for it & no bacon bits on my salad. Why can the other Firehouse Subs in our area use romaine lettuce which is better for you and this one does not.

Usually go to Sparklerry Firehouse Subs usually good, today got 3 subs, one sub was soaking wet in oil & vinegar couldn’t eat. Other sub the meat tasted bad! 2 subs thrown away!! Not willing to try go there again pay good money and tip when this happens!

The staff can be very rude when they are unfamiliar with the Point of Sale System, and double down on their rudeness when it is pointed out to them that they are wrong. Also, the management does not do a good job of helping customers with visually verifiable disabilities, such as walking around on a cane. I would advise staying away from this location if you are not full able body adult.

The way Taylor made my sub she had me come back 2 days later to get the same thing I love how respectful they are at this location they are the best

People here do not seem to like their job, their life, or you for being there. Ordered 2 sandwiches, both drowning in mayonnaise, and I didn't ask for extra mayo. The steamer wasn't steamed, and the smoked stack house was mostly off the roll. For over $30 this is very disappointing.

I came to this location on 5/17/2025 the employees were nasty and lazy beyond reason. I waited almost 15 minutes while every employee just stood around either on their phone or conversating while the manager just counted money out the register. The kitchen was completely empty not one employee making food. When I questioned them about anyone making my sub they then say oh we will start it now while the manager comments and says oh I thought one of them would have started it by now. Super insane, I asked for a refund and left. Amariah and Da’Myra should not have been clocked in if they had no intentions to WORK!!!!

I order from Firehouse REGULARLY but since this location opened, they’ve constantly gotten my order wrong. I order on the app and after the last time gave it a long break. Ordered again tonight, simple modifications. The ticket on my bag is correct, but the sandwich doesn’t match it. It’s disappointing.

Waiting for takeout and the customer service wasn't that great once my order was done. Instead of handling us the order she walked by and tossed the bag on the counter and kept walking. The quality of the subs were poor on top of adding onion's after we asked for not onion's.

Swan (probably misspelled) was helping us and she was amazing. Excellent customer service and great food. So happy the hot sauce bar is back too!

I absolutely love the night shift here it was Soooo busy there an the light skin lady was a blast to be around .the food was great n the service was in better .the young man even brought us our food n took our trash
