if this had been the first Firehouse Subs we had ever gone to it would have been our last. The Hot sandwiches were both cold. I ordered mine to be fully involved and it didn't have anything other than the basics.

Yesterday, while eating at the Spring Valley location, I was very disappointed to see 2 people, waiting for their lunch, vaping in the restaurant. I didn't realize this was ok. It was busy, but surely someone that works there must have seen it! Very disgusted. If I need to wear a mask, when I am not eating or drinking, then they should have not been able to vape. Employees, pay attention!!!!!

Just the worst service ever!!! I ordered to a sub to go to eat back at the office. I Handed the person taking orders a hand written note of what I wanted on a build your own sub because they can never seem get it right. I figured how can they get it wrong if its in writing??? Guess what? They managed to get it wrong! I was already back at the office and couldn’t go it back to have it made right. It almost feels as if it was done on purpose. I had a very dry sandwich with no dressing or mayo and half of what I asked for missing. Its been a long time since I’ve eaten here because they can never get an order right. Last time I pointed out the errors and asked for them to fix my sub I got a nasty remark and attitude to go with it. This is sad because Firehouse makes a pretty decent sub - just not at this location. I’m just saying if you order it to go be sure to check it before you leave. Or better yet eat somewhere else with someone who appreciates your business. The management and employees here are just awful and I wont be back.

Was excited to go here as I haven't had a good meatball sandwich in awhile. Always thought they had one of the best until today. Paid $11 for a large mess of cheese and sauce with 4 meatballs!! What a joke. I don't ever remember being dissatisfied at any Firehouse until today. Also paid $11 for a medium Italian sub with extra meat. Completely unsatisfactory. Won't be back

I love this particular FHS!! Their sandwiches are always so yummy!! Not so much mayo/dressing etc to make them mushy or soggy. I have been to other ones in Cola, bread was that soggy wet mess type. Clean and staff is super nice.

Visited the firehouse subs on Spring Valley on 2FEB to grab a quick bite because I have always enjoyed fire house subs.I ordered a sub with no tomatoes due to an allergy. Unfortunately, when I got home to eat my sub it had tomatoes. I called the store to complain and they told me there is no compensation other than driving back and picking up another sub.I gave them another chance and visited on 13 FEB. This time when I received my food I was sure to check it before leaving the building.Again, it was wrong!!They excused themselves stating that there was a new system.Check your order!!

Service was terrible. Called into order and was put on hold and then hung up when I got in the place people were standing around playing in the back talking and joking. The one person that was cleaning tables had to come and assist me. Will never use this location of Firehouse Subs again. Would not recommend it to anyone either.

Didn't get 5 stars because we literally stood at the online pickup station for almost 20 mins... and our food was ready before we even got there. No one asked what name we were picking up under. Granted, they were busy, but dang!
