Had a great experience at Firehouse Subs! I was greeted right away, by super friendly and welcoming staff. My sub was made fresh and quick. Everything was exactly how I ordered it hot& tasty . You can tell they care about quality and service. The crew was outstanding Samaiya Joseph and Malachi prepared my subs , while Janiah took my order I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs! I ordered three different subs, and each one was made correctly, fresh, and in a timely manner. Nothing was soggy or thrown together—everything tasted freshly prepared and well-balanced. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work. Definitely coming back for another round soon!

We go here often with the kids. Can’t recall the gentlemen’s name at the register, but he’s always inviting and has excellent customer service. Hard to find these days which makes it a comeback place for us.

Today makes the second time I had to bring a simple turkey sandwich back. When walking in the manager looks at me an proceeded to say what's wrong. After explaining the issue with the sub he never apologized. Now I see why the workers aren't doing their job correctly. Leadership means everything when running a business.

Came here to have a quick lunch. Place was empty except for a couple waiting for their order. Counted four employees. We placed our order at 12:44pm for 1 medium sub. We received our order at 1:05pm. I cant believe it takes 20 minutes to make a tuna sub.. Won't be coming here again.

This is absolutely crazy. My wife went to order me and my family dinner. When she arrived there was nothing but unsupervised kids yelling and goofing around behind the counter. The person ringing up the food was on their phone no greeting or anything professional. I understand you make sandwiches all day long but these are families dinners. As you can see on the receipt it shows no mayo or mustard. She didn't check it since we have it on the receipt and ofc we drive over 20 minutes home and there is ingredients my family can not have on the sandwich. Now we have no dinner for them. Completely ruined firehouse sub and we will not longer be purchasing from them going forward. If you want sandwiches just thrown together with no thought. Come buy here however if you want your food correct do not come here. If you want to check when this was done on the cameras she came in on 8/29/25 around 8:15 or so. Waited forever for the food to be made and it be made incorrectly. O stars if I could.

One of the staff members cussed at me and wouldn’t acknowledge me. I paid money to eat at this restaurant and have a good experience in firehouse is a hole let me down.

We went in and the service was very nice they were pretty much tidying up when we got there and we had no problems with our food we enjoyed it that little spot
