After an awful experience at a substation store, we arrived to this firehouse and got an exceptional customer service and a delicious sub. I encourage everyone to visit this sub place and enjoy their excellent service. Thanks firehouse!

The food is always on point for me when I go. I don't know about anyone else's experience has always been good. The staff is always friendly to me and Service is always quick. Sometimes the drink machine area needs a little sprucing up but other than that, it's good.

I ordered online, and inside it was extremely dirty,I came when they first open as if they hadn't cleaned the night before.

Manger was extremely rude and snappy with me for no apparent reason she was also taking a personal call while taking my order then continued to he snappy with me after I changed my mind on the sub I wanted

It took 3 people to take our order. The first just walked away and did not answer questions, the second seemed like she did not understand what is said to her. Was confused when ask what pepper they had. She had a problem when ordering off menue and do biuld your own. The third was better. Order less bread which is scooping some bread but instead cut the center out and a mess when you pick it up. Never again will we be going there but will drive further or go to Jimmy Johns
Pleasant staff, and my sub tasted amazing. Best Firehouse restaurant I've been to (out of 4).
