The food is always on point for me when I go. I don't know about anyone else's experience has always been good. The staff is always friendly to me and Service is always quick. Sometimes the drink machine area needs a little sprucing up but other than that, it's good.
How you order from Firehouse, and your sub isn't TOASTED?!?! Steak and cheese (one of your signature subs) and no toasted bread. Disappointed to say the least; never mind the young lady barely spoke to even ask if I was ready to order.
