Lights are turned low to seem closed. Staff looks like they are bothered you came in. Its loud and you can barely hear the cashier. Everyone looks miserable and mad that you dared spend 50 bucks here. Go to the forest acres one. They are fast clean and efficient. Im upset cause we always go to that one and came here cause it was closer. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. 5 GUYS FIX THIS

I tried it. I ordered their cheeseburger and fries. Awful fries cold and greasy. The burger was tasteless. I mean they add a lot of stuff but the burger itself can be compared to eating paper. No flavor. Corporations loose again by cutting back on a few things here. Bring back family owned diners.

I came here on the saturday that USC was hosting Livererpool and Man United around 3pm and was blown away by how quick the service was.
Also the lady who took my order with blue eye liner (i believe) was remarkable, she was so kind. The perfect representation of Five Guys core values.

For the price I pay for a meal, the last thing I wa t is to be laughed at because of my last name. I walked in and told the cashier I was here to pick up my order. The lady asked if they had the order for me and when they said my name, the workers started laughing. The food was ok, the cleanliness of the restaurant was great. But the service was very distasteful.
I travel a good bit for work and this is hands down best five guys I’ve been to! Staff is friendly, I get my food quickly, the restaurant is clean- definitely a go-to
