I love five guys but I do not love walking into the “women’s” bathroom with a man in a stall and no cleaning sign. I was completely uncomfortable and immediately walked out. My burger was okay, but please respect your customers and their privacy as well. If you’re cleaning the restroom place a sign that indicates just that! I will say the staff did apologize, which I can appreciate so as long as in the future it doesn’t happen again. The last time it was a homeless man laying in the women’s stall so imagine the feeling

He y’all. So this one’s tough cause I love their food. The place was a mess! Not only did they touch our food after pushing the over flowing trash down. The floors were so sticky they were sticking to my shoes. We went at 7pm, when I asked if they’d had tea behind the counter cause the tea in dining area was empty, they proceeded to tell me it was almost closing time they were not making anymore. They don’t close until 10pm. I won’t be back to this location. It’s a health hazard, employees are rude and can’t stand their job. I recommend a different location!
Great hamburgers and fries. With all Five Guys I know I'm going to get a great burger. Been going to them ever scene they opened in Arlington Virginia. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good prices. Love the peanuts. Right down the street from The Senate and other clubs.

This is usually a good spot to grab a burger and go but it was crowded for some reason and I had a 20 minute wait for my food. I received my food but when I got on the road and started eating my fries were partially cooked and my burger was just thrown together any kind of way. I guess the next time I see it crowded I will not stop at this location..
Absolutely unacceptable wait time. How can you have just one person doing orders? I ordered on DoorDash and it’s been an entire full length hour and my food STILL isn’t here????? And i know it’s the restaurants fault because I have had 3 different drivers wait in the line and quit on it. That’s absolutely ridiculous I deeply wish consequences would fall onto this place.
This restaurant is extremely slow. It's not worth it for a burger. I would rather get anything else because the wait is ridiculous. The food costs an arm and a leg.

As a fast food restaurant it doesn't make sense that They are allowed to cut the ringer off on the phone so you can't call in orders. Knowing they are loosing the company Money doing that every day. How many people are going to come to a restaurant to make a order when they have been trying to call. Nobody wants to just stand up and wait for their food to be made not to mention people don't even know if there Open when they don't answer the phone. (Imagine I work at a call center and unplugged the line and just sat there all day and said guess nobody is calling in?)
